Water Damage Restoration reviews in Gilbert, Arizona

I was very unsatisfied. They were sent by insurance company after a fire. I felt they were very unprofessional.
They broke one of the blinds and said they would repair it when on site and then later refused. There employee told her boss she just touched it and it broke. She would not have been able to open the blind to clean it if that were the case. She did not even let us know it was broken when it first happened.
I felt like they were billing insurance excessively and reported them to my insurance.company They left Hepa filters in the home for over a week and were most likely billing insurance daily when they were only used 3 days.
They cleaned the carpets which was fine but called the day after wanting to bring in big fans to dry it when it was already dry. Again I suspect they were going to bill insurance unnecessarily.
When it came to cleaning the air ducts they only went in about 6-12 inches and did not have long enough equipment to do a thorough job.
I would definitley not recommend them!

We were in California, when a friend sent a picture, said we have water running out the garage we called our insurance company travelers and they directed us to Servpro of Gilbert. It was pretty amazing. They were on site within about one hour and doing their thing which includes documenting the good things and photographing and documenting the bad things that have been ruined by the disaster by the time we got home on Monday morning, Luis and Victoria we’re on site with their crew packing and documenting and started removing drywall and setting up the dryers to dry out the whole house. Water had been running for at least three days, it did not take very long for them to get it ready for the construction company to start the rebuild!
Servpro is a full service company. They not only gave us ideas for the rebuild and are capable of contracting that part out, people like Rosie helped us with their part of the insurance claims and basically was trouble free to us!
my last comment about Servpro is the people who work here for first class professionals they go through this stuff all the time and during the mess they were real cool customers for me. They always took my calls and they always worked on the issues that I might have. It’s a great company!

Leo was responsive, professional and just a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date on all phases of the job and successfully brought the job to conclusion, even after he had to pick up where another employee left off.
Overall I am very happy with the results of my job! Thanks to the entire team at ServePro Gilbert!

I cannot recommend this company enough! We had a serious mold issue that required immediate attention, and they exceeded all our expectations. Leo, the team lead, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and made sure the job was done right. His crew was efficient, clean, and professional. The mold removal was thorough, and the restoration work looks perfect. For a stressful situation, they provided a 5-star solution. Don't look anywhere else!

I would like to thank the SERPRO team of Gilbert for all of their time, dedication and support in assisting me with an evaluation and assessment of what needed to be done at my home that had water damage. Sean and Jose were outstanding with their time and knowledge in forming a plan about what needed to be completed in order for my team to make an informed decision as to what direction to take.

In addition, Rosie Flores, the office manager, went above and beyond in answering phone calls and texts, even during her off hours, to keep me informed of the progress…..very much appreciated.

Malibu Fires
Servpro staff was great I first received a call from Joshua telling me about the service they could do to restore my home, all the surrounding houses had been burnt to the ground.
Joshua explain the process and was working with my insurance company State Farm he did a great job.
Servpro came in with a experience team and cleaned our house from head to toe.
I also want to thank Julie who headed up the clean up team, she was great to work with.
The owner of the company Mark came to my house and reviewed the process it all turned out 110% satisfied.

Had a roof leak in our new home in late September, Servpro had the quickest availability and the mitigation team came out and did their job efficiently which revealed microbial growth in the wall and wood rot. They even came out to mitigate a 2nd time while waiting for the roof to be fixed.

The reconstruction team however was awful. They initially came out and provided a timeline that was not followed and every time I reached out it was another excuse, “you haven’t heard from John? He does our estimates” I had never heard from a John and was never given clear communication. After contacting several more times I was eventually told that they weren’t able to do my job because they have a $5k minimum per their policy. I never received an estimate so I had no idea where that number came from.

I was eventually referred to a 3rd party company that to this day has not completed the job. I was told by Servpro that this 3rd party company was very reliable and were going to reconstruct the drywall and flooring. Oh and it turns out the job is over $5k.

To the mitigation team - great job thank you. The reconstruction team had poor communication and did not seem to know what they were doing nor show any accountability for their lack of professionalism.

George, Kyle, and Gavin did an absolutely great job with completing demo/clean up at my house! They were very efficient and made the process smoother! Home repairs are always stressful, so thank you all (and Seth) for providing wonderful service! Keep it up guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Update: I unfortunately had a second incident at my house and ServPro once again saved the day!! Jair, George, and Kyle did another great job! And a huge thank you to Jason and Julie who quickly responded and truly helped put my mind at ease! You all are absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exact Construction and Restoration did a fabulous job rebuilding my parents' Arizona room! They had sewage overflow from the toilet. After the necessary demolition was done, Krystal, the estimator, got an estimate to us quickly, made changes we requested immediately, and checked in with us regularly until the work was completed. Craig, the project manager, took changes in scope in stride, kept us informed of next steps, and was always cheerful and friendly. Madison, in customer service, ensured we were satisfied with progress and got answers to any and all questions. Madison, Krystal, and Craig were delightful to work with! For a variety of reasons, we needed the job finished by a certain date; miracle of miracles, Exact pulled it off!

This restoration company is amazing. Came out on a Sunday for an emergency visit and has always worked around my crazy work schedule to provide excellent service. They also show such kindness and compassion for the situation in which this damage occurred. Mitch was my manager and was absolutely amazing in explaining everything and working with me so well. Jeremy is the first person to come out and did the work to mitigate the water damage. He was amazing and even sent updates to me regularly while I was at work including pictures so I was always in the loop. Would absolutely recommend working with this company :)

I have never been so pleased with any construction company until EXACT.
All personnel were respectful of their client's time and emergency situation.
Jason the guy who was assigned to lead the construction at my property was very professional and accurate with his timeline to finish the project.
His group of people assigned to do my floor, kitchen, painting etc did an EXCELLENT job to restore my place to look better than it was before the water damage.

I am very pleased , and happy.

Exact is amazing. I have had to use them a few times now.
Most recently, we had a slab leak scare (luckily it wasn't!) and Jeremy Santa Cruz came over within minutes of my call and did a full sweep of the house looking for any potential water sources. Checking for moisture in every single place we could have issues and recorded it all just in case we had to involve insurance. I couldn't ask for a better company that cares about their customers!

This company has been absolutely great to work with. They have treated our place just like they were repairing their own home! Stan has been great to work with and Drew too! They go above and beyond to get things repaired and back to its original state! I can’t say enough good about them! Thank you so much for your professionalism! It has been a slow process but everything was done right! If something was done not quite right they came in and it was repaired right away. I highly recommend this company. I really enjoyed working with all of the staff on both my projects through Exact Construction. I started my projects with Tate who was great to work with and very responsive. Then i got assistance from Krystal who went above and beyond to help me with all my many questions and concerns. Ryan worked on our projects and was easy to communicate with and responsive. Shelley the office manager was friendly as well and helped with the financial side of things and explaining it so i could understand it all.
I appreciate everyone helping us and the people who came to do the work were kind and friendly and talked to us as they worked throughout the process on both projects. Thank you all so much!
