Unfortunately we had a water leak in our house, insurance company referred Exact Construction Company to us, Krystal and crew Bruce,Jesus and Jorge they did great job with the inspection and all the necessary steps to take care of our Water damage in part of the garage and one of the bedroom.
They were very professional and we are very happy with the job they have done.

Krystal and Bruce responded immediately to my call for help! When they arrived I knew I was speaking to very knowledgeable professionals. They quickly assessed the problems and formulated solutions. They explained every detail. They offered to show progress as they worked.
They turned a dreadfully overwhelming and anxious situation into a manageable well-planned solution.
Bruce is an incredibly hard worker and did the job like a craftsman taking pride in his work. Krystal was friendly and presented the project plan with total clarity.
I could write a book about all the details of their work and attention to detail I was impressed with!
I recommended them with highest confidence to anyone needing help!!

I am exceedingly pleased with the quality of service Exact Construction and Restoration LLC has provided me regarding the inspection and mitigation of water damage to our home. Kris, step 1 of 3, responded to my request for assistance almost as fast as Superman and her data-gathering was just as impressive. Bruce, step 2 of 3, was equally amazing. He took every reasonable precaution to protect the unaffected areas of our home as he removed damaged drywall and insulation material. Bruce found an egregious truth about our “new” roof when he removed water-damaged drywall from the ceiling of our back patio: the roofer had not replaced the old plywood (on the flat roof as paid for) and had covered a footprint shaped hole in a particularly rotten board with scrap-siding and torched-down asphalt sheeting to hide it. I am now looking forward to step 3 of 3 with Lucas for the restore. Thank You!

Exact did an amazing job for us!

We had water damage due to a storm and Exact handled the repair work. They provided the quote for us to sign off on and they worked with the insurance company to get the project approved by them and get the repair work done in a timely manner. Their team also did a great job and the repair work came out better than before the damage was done.

I would definitely recommend working with them as they make the process easy during a stressful time and they do great work!

My experience with this company was over-all excellent. I had a water leak and flooring, cabinets, drywall and painting needed to be done to repair the damage. During this process I dealt with Lucas, Jason, and Reed. All of them did a good job and remained professional throughout the process. I would like to give special shoutout to Jason as a project manager. His customer service was superb. He kept things calm during a stressful rebuild process. I would ask for him by name if you decide to use this company for your construction needs. The only constructive criticism I could provide would be to verify phone numbers and email addresses carefully with the customers. There were few communication break downs because of an incorrect phone number/email address. All of which were resolved immediately. That said it was a 5-star experience they get my recommendation.

Shortly after, I was contacted by the project manager, Jason, who also came out and went over every detail. Throughout the entire project, he kept me informed and made sure I understood each step.

The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were great to interact with. The whole process actually took less time than I anticipated, and the repairs were seamless—my home looks just like it did before the damage.

Exact restoration is very responsive, as they showed up the day we called. We had water damage from tub on second floor. Sheldon Bruce was so professional and listened to our concerns,vary rare in today's world of business. He was quick to remove damaged ceiling and flooring. Then project manager Krystal Grado was so kind answering all our questions and concerns. She's stopped by everyday to check in with us and to check machines in the dryout phase. I feel so good about using this company, there honest, straight forward and alway easy to talk to.
Last phase of the reconstruction was provided by Jason and his crew, they were great. Jason communicated beautifully, it was sos refreshing to have someone who paid attention to what was said in regards to the reconstrucion of our bedroom. The work that was provided was fantasic, couldn't be happier with the overall look, was beautiful. Plus Jason went above and beyond, he rented a ladder and changed bulbs in our kitchen that were over 12 feet high. My husband and I are so appreciative of Jason's customer service and just overall professionalism of a job well done. Plus the communicaiton provided to our insurance company, helping us to gete much needed funds to complete the job with high standards of workmanship and products. We're so happy with the overall results and would recommend using this company to anyone searching for good quality workmanship.

Extremely grateful for Sherden and Exact Construction! We had a leak from our toilet and they came in quickly removed the floors, and treated our floors. They left the fans overnight and throughout the following day to ensure no moisture was leftover. Sherden is very friendly and answers all your questions in a way you understand. My house sustained considerable damage from a waterline break. I hired Exact Construction and restoration to come in and manage the entire reconstruction process. They also assisted in coordinating the removal of household items. They did an outstanding job of managing the process and completing the work. Reed kept me informed And worked with my mortgage company. Lucas did a great job of coordinating with my insurance company and Jason did a phenomenal job of completing the work. Between them, the entire process was seamless and relieved the burden.
