My dishwasher was leaking all over the kitchen floor. They came out the next morning and had it fixed in under an hour. The tech was very friendly, explained the issue, and the pricing was reasonable. Only reason for 4 stars is they were 20 minutes late—but they did call ahead.

Our dryer wasn't heating properly, and they diagnosed the issue in minutes. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The repair was done fast and professionally. I’ll definitely use them again for any appliance issues.
