I called this company when my refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling. They scheduled a same-day appointment and arrived right on time. The technician was knowledgeable and had the parts on hand to fix it quickly. Their service was efficient and the price was reasonable.

My appointment window was between 8-10 first appointment of the day and the two that showed up arrived 5 min to ten. They were not dressed professionally at all, were on their phones looking up how to and parts within minutes of getting toy stove top. Not at all knowledgeable on the subject and quoted me a guess from GE on a part that they said was no longer available of $400-500 dollars. I would not recommend this company. I paid a $95 dollar service charge for them to take a part and put back together my stove top.

Repair on my washer was completed in a timely manner. This company contracts this work out. They are not actual employees. My card was charged by contractor to the wrong company. Took nearly 2 weeks to get it refunded. The part was $50 and the repair bill was 490. I think they are over priced for contract work.
