Nick was very nice and helpful. I went in on a Thursday to look for a gas dryer. But u told him I could not get it till Friday. Went back on Friday and he remember me and the one I wanted. Then he helped me to put it in my trunk. Again Nick was very nice helpful

Don’t waste your hard earned money on ANY products from them. Had issues within days of purchasing the second W/D set from A-1Ted’s (because the fist set held up for a long time). They dragged their feet through the whole six month warranty to repair/replace parts. Horrible customer service across the board. You’re better off getting used appliance’s off of OfferUp or FB’s Marketplace. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

Bought a gently used washer dryer set in May after looking at the same set new at Home Depot for more than twice the price. Going on 6 months with no regrets. I think it was a good buy and I will go back the next I need time I need a appliance.

A1 Appliance repair came out. checked my refrigerator and said they needed to order parts. Parts came in, they never called us. We had to track them down through our Home warrant company. This was after two weeks of waiting. They scheduled to come another day but, didn’t show up! Mind you, I let them know from the beginning that my Father had medicine that had to be refrigerated so it was an absolute emergency to get my refrigerator repaired ASAP! They seemed as though I bothered them when I finally called to inquire about if it was able to be repaired or If I need to purchase a new one. Finally I called my home warranty company to ask for another appliance repair company to come out instead of A1 who stopped calling and showing up. My refrigerator has never been repaired! A new company is changing the compressor today after a whole 2 months without a refrigerator. DO NOT LET YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY REFER TEDS A-1 APPLIANCES TO YOU FOR ANYTHING AT ALL!! They shouldn’t be in BUSINESS ANYWHERE AT ALL!!! WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!!

UPDATE: to my last questions and reviews, I bought A Dryer and had problems with getting it fixed. An update is that it is now fixed. Kevin is the Owner and MaryAnn his wife, are a family business . They do attempt to do whatever they can to help and to get you the help you need for that purchase. Although it took a while to fix, the people were always nice and Kevin is the type that still cares about his reviews and trying to make things better for the industry and the family. We can all understand that, remember if it is a little late getting done, they do care they just are booked..

An online company had sent me the wrong auger for my ice maker. We took it down to A1 and on short notice and almost closing time to see if they could do anything. They quickly figured out what modifications needed to be made to make it work and took care of it right then and there. Charge was very reasonable. They stayed open after hours to complete the work. My 1st time to use A-1 and will never go or call for home service anywhere else for any appliance needs as long as they continue giving such top notch service!

I called for to get my washer looked at.. Kevin came out and looked at it and told me what was wrong. I couldn't get it fixed right then and there but called this past Monday t o make an appointment for Kevin to come fix it. He was suppose to come yesterday on Tuesday he was a no show no call. I called 1sr thing this morning Wednesday asked what happen, and the lady told me he would be here today. Again a no show no call. Worst place ever!! I would never do business with this company ever!!! Nor will I recommend them to anyone!!!
