A very good value on an otherwise expensive used washing machine we needed ASAP. The appliances are tested by a trustworthy person on-site. Easy access for loading (he loaded it in our pickup 🛻 by himself!) - limited parking however.

Great place to buy used or new appliances! Customer Service is Amazing and if that appliance breaks.down. Kevin will come out and fix it himself. Both He and,His Sons who own Ted's are fantastic owners,andxGreat people as well. If you Iivw in Phoenux or Glendale and need an appliance You can do no better than A-1. Prices are fair and will not kill your bank account.

Person I spoke too said they bought appliances. Sent him photos of mine he gave me offer. Said they would be by to pick it up next day or so. Didn't hear phone same day they wanted to get it. So finally set a day they would be able to get it. Never showed. Called said he would get it on another day we set. Never called or showed. Spoke with him again said he would call back never did. I ended up selling it to private party. But thing is communication. Apparently they lack it there or even if you didn't want to buy it just say so. Don't best a person around with false promises. Im guessing this is how they normally do business. I've delivered appliances for 20 years. I would never treat customers this way without proper communication. I don't recommend this place at all.

Went in to ask about testing a washing machine motor that I was having issues with & Nick tested to make sure that is what I needed. And sure enough the motor was bad. Purchase one from Nick & got home to install & washer is like new again. Best Appliances sales & repair business I've been in. Thanks Nick

I called at about noon today for a used washer and dryer, first off the guy on the phone I want to say him name was Nicholas was super friendly. Anyways I called got all the details asked when they could deliver he said later today. Well they delivered super fast and the guy who delivered Kevin I believe was his name was also super friendly!!!! So needless to say I recommend them to anyone with their great pricing great customer service, and fast delivery. I am a very happy customer!!!!

Still nice customer service but only have had the dryer 11 months and it's broken and cost more to fix then it was to buy. A little bummed out it didnt even last a year :(.

Very good customer service! I walked in right before closing, and after explaining I was there to price washers I was not sold a washer! How amazing is this, instead A-1 said they would be able to fix my washer, and even did it same day! Even though it was right before closing hours A-1 still didn't turn me away for another day. In addition, the tech was very personable, and informed us of how to maintain the longevity of our appliances! A-1 could have just sold me a washer to make some money, but instead they provided me with great customer service!

My family and I have had the pleasure of doing business with Ted's Appliance for over 20 years. It has always been a pleasurable experience with great service. Thank you Kevin "Ted".

He figured out the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour, all for a fair price. Highly recommended!

UPDATE (Feb 2023): The Ice Maker repairs failed about 10 months after Kevin fixed it. I called Kevin and explained the problem and requested he come back out and take a look. Kevin never did follow up with me even though I left two more messages. I got the feeling he just blew me off. As such, I ordered the part Kevin replaced off of Amazon and fixed it myself. Kevin should have honored the repair he previously did and made things right... but, he did not.

This being said, I DO NOT RECOMMEND A-1 Ted's Appliances.

Kevin came to service my refridgerator today, he was GREAT! Super friendly, was here when he said he would be, very knowledgable, overall great guy, fridge fixed quickly and efficiently. I will use this company from now on. THANK YOU! Good service means so much especially now, when it's harder to come by

Sales person was very polite and answered some of my questions.

Extremely responsive and answered all phone calls quickly. I had to replace my in wall oven, stove top and microwave. The very next day after I called I had Nick and Kevin come over and swap out the old appliances with the new ones. They did an excellent job and left the house better then they found it. I highly recommend Nick and Kevin. Good honest professional workers.

Kevin stayed on top of the project the whole time. Great job.

Been buying appliances here for 13 years. I bought a used dryer here 12 years ago through much usage & a couple moves. I didn’t have to replace it until today. I used a warrenty once out of maybe 15 appliances i’ve bought over the years for home, business, etc…the warrenty repair was prompt & perfect. I’ve recommended them to my dad & a couple friends over the years & they all are happy customers. Staff is always very heloful, friendly, honest & kind. Grateful for this business providing an awesome service
