Went to have tv repaired. Needed to shell out $45 for look see. He told me he'd call me to let me know what's wrong . Well he didn't i called him. He checked it gave me a crazy price. Told better i buy a new one . Wrong took it to Manuels tv repair in Glendale got it fixed in less than the time valley took to tell me to go buy a new one. Well i hope that 45 dollars he got from me is worth me writing this review.

The person was knowledgeable, and helpful. My TV was fixed and is running great. The color looks exceptional. I will take my other tv there if needed or looking for a tv to buy. I saw a nice one but had no room in my at this time, I would have purchased.

My samsung TV needed a new lamp. I called a few places in town but Valley Wide had the best prices for the original replacement. My tv is working perfectly. Thanks a bunch Valley Wide. I will recommend you to my friends and family.

Oleg came all the way up to Desert Hills and diagnosed the issue right away! He took the TV set with him, repaired it, and returned it to us promptly. Cost of the repair sure beat shelling out $5-6K for a new set!

I can see why the good reviews. Took my 2011 Toshiba in because I could not get it to change from cable to antenna. The technician was not in so I left it. When he returned he reprogrammed it for me. Picked it up the next day and there was no charge . I don't think anyone could beat that. Thank you so much

No non-sense repair service - Highly Recommend. I spoke with a nice gal on the phone about bringing in a 3 year old (just past warranty) Sceptre 4k 50" UHD TV. I brought it by on a Saturday and paid a small diagnostic fee that gets applied to the repair total. They called me 2 days later with the confirmed dianosis (power supply was bad) and stated the parts were in stock. The had it repaired the same day they called. Very professional, concise and easy to work with. I will be doing business here again if any of my other TV's need repair.

My 6-7 year old Samsung DLP LED TV had a fan go out Saturday morning. I called a few places but their policy sounded the best. They would check out the TV for $45 if i like the quote they would put the $45 to the final cost if i didn't like the quote or chose not to get the tv repaired they kept the money. Sounded fair to me.

I explained the issue, make, model, of the TV and they quoted me a price over the phone.

I dropped the TV off a little after 10am. They had the TV repaired and ready to pick up by 1230pm that day. The price they quoted me on the phone was what I paid.

I would recommend this place to anyone needing to have their tv repaired.

Hello, good afternoon. First day off on my birthday when my tv was malfunctioning,"OH NO"! I was looking around town on bing internet to find a location and I wanted only the best repair man available and "Honest" not many of these repair guy's left.
This amazing person answered the phone 🤣 let me know how much it would cost to look over the tv and the time it would take me fix it ☺️ you will never know till you call yourself. First day when I left my tv off the reseptionist was great, piad fee with my card and was mentioned will get back to you in 48 hour's sounds like a program I know. The first day past by and the second day was here I thought 💭 it would by nice if the repair shop call's me,than the phone ring and ringed I answered and the "TV" was ready. Unbelievable service, there is not many honest repair shops left like this one 💟.

Valleywide TV Repair was amazing. I took my 55" Samsung to them and within a week it was fixed and picture looks brand new. They were proficient and reasonable. I would recommend them for any TV service repairs.

I found Valleywide TV by chance when I was calling around trying to find a place to donate what I thought was a lemon of a purchase. My massive TV sat around for 2 years (behind a Visio that actually worked, despite being many years older) bc I had googled typical issues with my TV and read nothing but 'the constant cycling is typical for this brand and almost always results in the inability to repair'. I was ready to trash it and wanted someone to be able to use the parts. Oleg answered when I called and asked for the opportunity to give it a shot to fix it. Two days later, we have a massive 4K TV working again! Too bad we didn't find him years ago. Give him a shot. It's worth it.

My wife and I had a tv that had a broken screen. We called valley wide tv repair and the guy on the phone said they could come out and fix it for about 400 or we can bring the TV in and it'd be around 300. So we brought the TV in to try and save a little but once in the store the associate said the TV could not be fixed. We were disappointed that they said it could over the phone and we drove a half hour for that but they did have other TVs that could be purchased. In an attempt to salvage the trip we ended up buying a Samsung 55 inch 4k smart tv. We got it home and realized it was still logged into somebody's amazon, Hulu and Netflix accounts. After setting it up under our accounts we called it a night. In the morning we went to turn the TV on and no picture. I did some basic troubleshooting but was unable to get the picture back. We returned the TV the next business day but the associate told us we would not be refunded the sales tax. My experience with this place as been terrible even though it had a 4.5 star rating. We ended up purchasing a tv elsewhere and haven't had any issues.

This husband/wife shop are frauds. They'll tell you your tv will require exorbitant amount of money to repair it. I guarantee you, put a small maker on your tv before dropping it off. Then visit their shop a month later. You will find your tv on their wall for sale for a fraction of what they quotted you.

Samsung 60 in. TV. No picture. Oleg and staff troubleshoot problem and called me a day later. Estimate of 345.00. Diagnostic fee applied to repair cost. Part had to be ordered but was still fixed two days later. Was happy to have them fix my tv. Very professional and fair. Highly recommend.

Although this repair shop fixes primarily TV's, I asked the owner if he would try to fix a bad connection in a vintage audio component which one can no longer buy. He kindly agreed to see if he could so, and sure enough, within a couple of hours, he re-soldered a bad connection and the unit now works perfectly. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Took a power board in to have two capacitors replaced for my 51 inch Samsung tv. Service was fantastic and was so happy to have it working again. Fabulous people. Recommend highly if you have issues with your tv.

We have a 60 inch Samsung TV that needed the LED lights replaced. Oleg picked it up on Friday and brought it back the next day. Unbelievable customer service and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anybody that needs their TV fixed.....you will not regret it.
