It’s been 2 weeks and my stove is still broken! Haven’t heard from them on any updates!! Update: We still haven’t heard from them and cancelled our appt and got a new appliance company that already came out and will be replacing our part in 3 days! You guys at All Brands Appliances Service need to shut down if you don’t want to provide service or return customer calls!

They were very quick to respond. The gentleman was very kind and informative. Pleasant to deal with. Will call them back if I ever have another problem.

On time and fair pricing. Ordered the part that was needed and showed back up the next day for repairs. Clean install and everything works again like it should.

I was able to book a next day appointment, online, when my dishwasher just stopped working. Obaid came at the beginning of the service window and was informative, fast, and efficient. Gave me all my options and both the worst and best case scenario. Worked within my schedule when their return time wouldn't work. Dishwasher is fixed and there is a 60 day guarantee for parts and labor. Would definitely use again.

The guy who came out to fix our dryer did an excellent job with the repair and was fast. I didn't get his name but thank you for fixing our dryer

The tech did stop by last minute to take a look at my fridge, but charged $79.00 for an inspection that lasted all of 10 minutes. He also failed to email me an itemized breakdown of what he was charging to repair my fridge when he said he would (all I got was an invoice for the inspection).

Excellent service and reasonable price. Called due to dishwasher not filling/no water. They were able to come out the next morning and completed the repair that afternoon. Would highly recommend and will use again when needed

Fantastic service - tech went out of his way to ensure my cooktop repair/replacement panel was done and operating correctly the same day. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend services from this company if all of their techs are as great as Sammi was.

I called a few companies, but none of them serviced Samsung appliances. One of them recommended All Brands, and their technician was quick and repaired both dishwasher and the stove. Thank you

I was out of state on vacation while my daughter was at home when our gas dryer went out. We arranged for service on a Monday when my daughter would be off work. On Monday, nobody showed, so my daughter called and found they had scheduled for Tuesday. Luckily, they were able to get a tech out later on Monday, regardless the scheduling mistake. When the tech showed, he didn't do any testing or even open up the dryer. He claimed the timer was broken and was discontinued by the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and was told it was just a superseded part number, but was the same part so I ordered it for $150 and had to install it myself. It did not resolve the problem, same symptoms. I had the tech come out again and was immediately met with excuses, including him telling me my 10 year old dryer was just too old. I asked about the longevity of newer dryers and he said they only last 1-2 years (absurd). He spent more time showing me how his companies ordering system worked and how it showed my dryer and parts were discontinued (in their system) than he did any troubleshooting or testing. He again claimed it was the timer and said that even new parts are faulty. I insisted he do some real troubleshooting, so he opened the dryer and found that the gas valve coils were bad and that he didn't have them in his truck (this is a VERY common failure item on a gas dryer). He said it would take 3-4 weeks to get the part and would cost another $460 to repair. I declined, because that is simply ridiculous. I found the part at a local appliance store for $20 and repaired it myself in 5 minutes. I wasted $230 on a failed service call and timer I didn't need. Overall, I'm very disappointed in this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone I care about. What good is a repair company that just wants you to buy a new appliance and can't get parts that are readily available?

My request for service was answered very quickly, an appointment was set and the repairman arrived on time. The assessment of the problem was made quickly and I was shown evidence and given a clear and concise explanation of the issue (don’t ever use the self-cleaning feature!!). Parts were ordered, a time was set and repair was made professionally and timely.

Had an appliance break last night. Scheduled appointment online at 11pm and the technician (Obi) was here before 8AM and had it fixed in 1/2 hr. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Very satisfied with the speed of service.

Sammi was very courteous and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and why. He arrived exactly on time which I very much appreciated. This was the second time I have used All Brands to repair appliances and I will continue to call them for future repairs.

I really appreciated Sammy's work in fixing my dishwasher and sharing valuable tips. He was very professional and pleasant and was a natural teacher! I asked about the connection between the dishwasher and the disposal, and he took time to explain. He even provided me with a glove to reach in and find the hole where water from the dishwasher runs into the disposal, and talked about the importance of running the disposal before running the dishwasher--and getting the tap water hot too. I learned how to remove/clean the filter and clean the dishwasher regularly with a cup of vinegar. Thank you, Sammy. All Brands is fortunate to have you on their team!
