Our technician name was Sammy. He communicated well regarding our issues (ice maker, washer/dryer cleanouts). Expensive repair but very professional.

I rarely leave comments but unfortunately after over a month of waiting for parts and me being the one who does all the follow calling. I even found a possible supplier for the parts they were having a challenge to source. I still have not heard from them. I didn't question the requirement providing a 50% deposit towards the repairs final costs. My refrigerator is by no means new, but it is a decent Viking model. If they couldn't get the parts to repair it then simply let me know.

I called this company for two previous repairs and my experience was great both times. The third time I called for my washing machine leaking and they came same day, charged me $90 to look at it. They told me it was one thing and he fixed it but it kept leaking, they came back several times calling the office, and “fixed” again… but the problem kept happening. The issue here is that once they have to honor their 90 day warranty, they won’t return the calls. We schedule them again and didn’t show. Finally came back and figured it out, order the part we needed and never called again. When I called their office, they said they had called but had a problem leaving a message… we scheduled them again and didn’t show not show… I can kiss my money goodbye and try to get another company to come.

In a world of uncertainty, it is a wonderful feeling that there is a company out there that is so Old School! What I mean is Herb's employee that came to our home was very kind, respectful an organized. He did a thorough check on the fridge an found something small that was the cause of the malfunction. He then explained all of our options and spoke to us as a old friend. This is a quality business. I was limited to 5 stars. Would have given them more!!

The only friendly person that works there is the lady that answers the phone.. they love to lie and stretch out the truth. There nothings ever new and what they do is they take your high-end appliances and replace them with older models from 10 to 15 years ago refurbished and say they’re working well while they make money off of your old appliances. They are basically a few years old and sell them out
