I had an old LG passive 3D TV that just went dark one day. They literally don't make these things anymore, even a used one is very expensive. Oleg and team at Valleywide TV Repair saved the day, and for less than the cost of a new TV. Hopefully we'll be able to enjoy 3D content with friends for a few more years. Thanks all.

I took in my 32" Samsung TV with no picture. They found what was wrong and said it couldn't be repaired but, for what it was originally going to cost me to repair my 32" TV they would sell me another one for that price. Who else does such great deals like that for customers now days. But, it doesn't stop there. I went in to collect my replacement TV and saw a larger one and they were even able to give me a great alternative deal for the larger TV. I would highly recommend them for their honest and caring attitude for the customer, something highly lacking in today's society. Thank you Oleg, you're a true gentleman.

I could have bought a new TV for what I paid for the repair but we throw to much away in our society. I've had this TV for 8 years, bought the best at the time and although the it's warranty is 90 days, I trust it will last another 8 years. I took the 48" TV to the shop, carried it in on my own and carried it out again when I picked it up. There was no offer to help me but I know that is to reduce their liability. Deducted one star, only because I had to drive so far. Everyone was very friendly.

We went to Valleywide when our 6 year old TV went black. They were able to get it repaired the next day. However less than 6 weeks later it did it again. It was explained that there are multiple back light tubes and another had failed. They repaired it again, at no cost under the prior warranty. We appreciate the fast service and help in getting our TV back to working condition.

Friendly people and they will get your work done really fast. Very professional. Nadia is the best. She was so nice helping me get my TVs in my car properly and made sure that I don’t damage the screen. They do a great job. My tv is fixed in one day and really well. I highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately the screen on my tv was not working. Only the volume. I ended up searching a tv repair in the area and I found Valleywide tv repair. I went ahead and made my way down there and the owner was kind enough to help me take my 65inch sharp tv from the bed of the truck. He was able to get it diagnosed within 3 hours of me dropping it off. He was able to make the repair within 1 business day for us! The diagnostic fee was able to be out towards the repair if you take it in which was awesome of them. Good quality repair and good pricing too! I definitely will be coming back if I ever have a failure with other tv! Thanks !!!

This TV Repair shop is absolutely terrific. It was refreshing to interact with a first class shop who provides excellent service and customer communication. From the time you call, Nadia listens to your needs, and offers solutions. Oleg the repair man is so very knowledgeable and is willing to help troubleshoot TV issues. I have had two occasions to use them and both times they exceeded my expectations. You just can't go wrong using this business for any TV repair services.

I am not big on writing reviews but for this company I am making an exception. I came across Valleywide TV on Google, sent them an email and got a response within an hour. I was very amazed, because not every repair shop respond to email. They charge you $45 if you bring your TV to their shop and that applies towards the repair or $95 if they come out to you. Living in North Phoenix I didn't feel safe taking my 70 inch Samsung QLED to Glendale. Technician who came out was very kind, knowledgeable and honest. He fixed my TV in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Five stars from me.

My Samsung LCD TV was constantly turning itself off and on so I looked for a place to repair it nearby. When I saw that Valleywide TV Repair was fairly close and had great reviews I decided to bring in my TV for them to repair. I appreciated them helping me move the TV from the car when I checked in. I liked that the price for the diagnostic was affordable and would be applied to any repair I needed. It was only one day later that the skilled service technician called to let me know the power supply unit was the issue and he gave me a fair price to repair it with one he had in stock.
I returned to pick up my TV and I was relieved to see that picture was back and working as before when he demonstrated it for me. He also helped me with loading it in my car. I'm impressed by the great customer service, technical skills and professionalism from this repair shop!

Valleywide TV and Appliance repair truly exceeded my expectations with their excellent repair service for my LG microwave. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of appliance repair.

I have a warranty on a GE refrigerator. The warranty company scheduled service with Valleywide TV & Appliance Repair. Our refrigerator beverage drawer is reading and set at 42 degrees but the soda cans are freezing and exploding and there are frozen bottles of water.
Alex came out, looked at it for a few minutes, said he needed to do some research and call GE for further help. After not hearing back I call Valleywide back and they state the refrigerator is fixed and there's nothing wrong with it.
Warranty company is sending another technician from Valleywide back again to hopefully fix it. Maybe the second time is the charm but at this point, I clearly would not recommend this Buisness

My washer spin cycle was so loud and another company came out and did not fix it. Under the Home Depot warranty I asked for another company to come. Fabulous! Valleywide catefully repaired the issue and tested it to be sure it was working. Even recalibrated the machine. They are professional and so skilled! Thank you Valleywide!

Our washer was repaired under an extended service plan.
Oleg arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the problem.
A week later, we had the new part, it was installed quickly.
I highly recommend Valleywide!

Would of been a 3 star if they atleast still repair game consoles like they did with me prior. So I dont know what they even repair now

I had an issue with a refrigerator under warranty. Oleg came out quickly diagnosed and ordered the part i needed. As soon as that part came in he went out of his way to put in the part the same day. The woman that answers the phone and assists with scheduling (sorry never caught her name) was also very helpful. I give Oleg and his company 5 stars.

This business should get 10 stars! We had a fairly new refrigerator that needed a compressor. They sent a technician out the next day and within a few days we had a new compressor. Our technician was friendly and on time. Most importantly he was knowledgeable and professional. We will use this business from now on for all our repair needs and can highly recommend them. We had an ice maker fail under Lowes Warranty and i chose Valleywide from the list of available service companies when scheduling the appointment. They called to confirm the next day and then called to ask if they could come a day early as they had a cancellation! Technician arrived on time, quickly confirmed the ice maker needed to replace and installed the new unit he brought with him. Everyone i spoked with was really nice and easy to work and the repair was completed early and on the first visit. Thank you!

FIRST AND FOREMOST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT'S HONEST ! Came to replace control panel / under Lowes warranty . after completed didn't bother to tell us they broke the clips that hold the top panel on . When I called to get them to come and look at it to fix. they told me I couldn't prove they broke it and to open another warranty claim .I told them that was not right and the rude as hell lady told me not to call Valley wide ever again for service . No Problem with that and I hope all who read do the same .Now to file a claim with BBB ..

This company charged 125.00 that had to be paid before they would even drive over to my house. My TV had not been working all week due to a technical glitch. The repair man was almost rude. He was patronizing and not friendly at all! He told me the problem was with my Cox communication box and not my TV. He instructed me to take the box to Cox and request a new box. I phoned Cox and they sent one of their technicians out who informed me that the problem was not with the box buy rather the TV. He disconnected the box to show me the TV still presented the same problem without the box. He spent several minutes resetting my TV via the settings and found the problem. The TV has worked perfectly since he reset it. I paid 125.00 for a repairman who had no idea what he was doing.

Tech arrived on time and didn’t waste a minute. My oven had stopped heating evenly, but he quickly figured it out and swapped out a faulty sensor. Good work, fair price.
