Kevin is fantastic.
He came in cleaned the cents and inside of the dryer housing, repaired the belt and cleaned the parts around the belt.
No problems, no issues, just did a great job in a timely manner.
I highly recommend A1!

I wasn't going to write this but I'm annoyed at the length of time it has taken to fix my washer. They have had my washer since June 16th and keep giving my husband and I the run around about it. At first they told us it would take a few days as there were 4 appliances in front of ours but now they keep saying they are working on it. We keep calling every couple of days to see what's going on and have gotten no answers. They just keep saying they're working on it and they will call us and then they don't so we call them again to try to get answers and they say the same thing. Our washer is only a year old. I will say that whenever our calls have been answered, they seem nice but also we are not getting told anything. It is very frustrating to spend money going to a laundromat because we don't have a washer when it's not getting fixed.

Kevin came out same day with all the knowledge in the world and went above and beyond to take care of all my washer and dryer issues. Thank you Kevin for all of your help!

Fast and easy with installation! A week later the range working wonders! They even hauled my old nasty one away and told me they seen worse. Bless y'all's hearts and we thank you for saving the day before the holidays!

My elderly father was in a pinch with a busted washing machine. I reached out to Ted's appliance for some help and they were able to not only hook my father up with a washer but delivered it and installed the new one and hauled the old one away. Very pleased with their quick service. Highly recommend

Do not I repeat do not shop with Ted's appliance they are crooks I called these people to fix a dryer that I purchased from them a few years back and the guy came he fixed one thing and he swapped a part out for another one after he left my dryer was making a crazy noise I open the dryer and it was a bad idle wheel before he had came supposedly fixing the dryer it was not making that noise so I highly recommend you not shopping with Ted's appliances nor get them to repair your appliance

I wasn't going to write this review, but after being ghosted by this company I've changed my mind. I received services from this establishment about a year ago. I purchased an above range microwave and they did a dryer repair. I was dealing with Nick the entire time and he was a pretty nice guy. He came to my home to look at the dryer and said it was the motherboard so he stated he needed to take the dryer into the shop for repairing. Fast-forward to bringing the dryer back and it still doesn't work, he also had a tester to test the outlet to see if there was a problem there, but he said it was fine. I was charged $375 and the dryer still wasn't working at my home, but they sent me a video from their shop showing differently. I ultimately called an electrician which solved the problem. It actually was the outlet and according to the electrician the motherboard on my dryer was never changed. In spite of me feeling like they ripped me off I was willing to give them another chance. I've reached out to them twice since then regarding some repairs I was in need of. I spoke to someone that says I would receive a call back to schedule an appointment, unfortunately that never happened and now I'm moving on. I decided to share my experience with this company and I hope they wouldn't treat anyone else this way.

Totally great experience with them. Dropped by the get a washer and dryer, had a Saturday drop off set and they came through. Couldn't be happier with delivery and installation, he was great.

Very friendly and thorough. I went in to the shop met his receptionist, very sweet lady and Kevin came to fix my washer the same day. Quick and for a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

A-1 describes all. Top-notch prompt service, everything from when the phone is answered to professional answers and suggestions if necessary to complete the mission, most likely the same day. Being a landlord it has been a dream come true upon several occasions. And not to mention pricing, there is no comparison. Small wonder they have been in business for over 60 years.

When I picked A-1 Ted’s Appliances from the Yellow pages…I definitely picked the right person for the job! Kevin knows his stuff.
I had said when Kevin first arrived, “ I hope you’ll be able to fix my washing machine so I don’t have to get a new one”. Kevin says, “You called me didn’t you”. Confident, knew right away exactly what was wrong with my 15 year old Maytag washer.
Also shared with me great tips for doing laundry.
A very personable guy, good pricing, overall 5 star experience.
And what I really liked is the honesty!!! If you ladies have ever experienced some Technicians that come in and try and hand you a line of BS that EVERYTHING is wrong and YOU KNOW good and darn well they are just trying to make more money off of You…well I’m here to tell you that A-1 Ted’s Appliances is NOT one of those Companies!!!

I purchased a washing machine , because all of my brand new machines keep breaking down after 2 years. The staff was very friendly & professional. They delivered and set up same day ! Also I had an issue with my freezer part of my refrigerator and he was able to fix it very quickly. Excellent customer service, excellent pricing . Will definitely be my go to from now on ! Definitely recommend!
