This company is superb, from the immediate, courteous response to a call to the final results. Our grubby light beige carpet had not been cleaned for a whole year and we have a big dog - a recipe for a challenge. With five pets and four kids in my house, our carpets really take a beating. Now they look like brand new! The last time we cleaned them we rented a machine and did it ourselves, but with so much carpet we decided it'd be worth it to have a professional come out to clean them this time around. Was moving out of my apartment and had David come and clean them. I have a big German Shepard dog so I knew there would be hair in the carpets....but they pulled so much more than I could've expected (even though I vacuum everyday). My carpets went from dingy to super clean and soft! They are amazing and it smells amazing. This carpet honestly looks better now than it did when I moved in 2 years ago and it wasn't even too expensive! I definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We used Sunrise Chem-Dry to do our move-out carpet cleaning as required by our landlord. We received a reasonable estimate based on our guesstimates of room size, and scheduled an appointment within the week. We received several calls to confirm and to let us know of arrival time. When the young gentleman (I didn't catch him name) arrived he measured our rooms and took a quick overview of the condition of the rooms, he realized one of our larger rooms was practically like new and suggested he do just a thorough vacuuming instead of an actual cleaning. All in all the carpet looked awesome. Upon inspection by our landlord, there was 1 spot she felt needed to be redone. They came out free of charge and re-did the spot to her satisfaction. I would highly recommend them! They were reasonably priced, accommodating, and very professional.

I had a white rug that I wanted to have cleaned, so I booked an appointment with David based on his awesome reviews. When he showed up, he was upfront and told me that he didn't think I would be satisfied with the results, and that cleaning it wouldn't completely restore the color or the texture of the rug. After hearing his advice, I decided not to have the rug cleaned, but I really appreciated his honesty and professional assessment. The rug cleaning cost will be going towards a new rug (and it will not be white...)! I would highly recommend David based on his character!

David has now cleaned two apartments, both large and small, for us. Each time they have been prompt, efficient, and very friendly. Carpets look and stay great after their work. Would recommend to anyone that needs a fast carpet cleaning, even in a hurry!

Brian cleaned carpeted floors and stairs. All stains came up. Looks so bright and smells clean. Downstairs he cleaned so well the grout is the original color now. Worked with me to fit my budget. I found Sunrise Chem-Dry on Angie's List and gave them a call. Jennifer answered the phone and quoted a price based on the information I gave her. We scheduled an appointment for two days later with Brian. From the moment he introduced himself, my husband and I felt very confident that we'd chosen the right company to clean our carpeting. Brian was polite, professional and thoroughly explained the cleaning process before beginning.

To be honest, we had been planning to replace all the carpeting but wanted to wait until next year. We thought as a temporary measure, we'd have the carpets cleaned with the hope they would look "presentable" for the time being. Much to our surprise, when Brian completed the job, the carpet looked brand new. The stairs and hallway were especially in need of help, and they turned out just great.
