I called Sunrise Chem-Dry 2 days ago and they gave me an estimate off the phone. They came out the next day. They were so nice and generous even their prices are reasonable. David got to my house on time and started the work right away. No hidden fees is what I loved about this company. What they quote you is what they charge you.
My carpet turned out amazing. This company is now saved in my phone and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work guys.

What a great experience. David came out and in a couple of hours had my carpet and tile floors gleaming. There were some tough stains in some areas of both carpet and tile grout, which he got out easily and quickly. Everything looks like new and smells wonderful. David is friendly and careful of your home and your possessions. I highly recommend Sunrise Chem-Dry and David and will definitely call them again.

5 stars! I originally requested a quota from them on Yelp because i saw they were pet friendly and use green certified products. The owner was very responsive via Yelp and was able to get me in on the desired day I needed. The tech was very communicative and friendly and all and all did a fantastic job on my carpets! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had my carpets cleaned this morning by Sunrise Chem-Dry today, and I am *extremely* satisfied!!! Zeke and Paige were an outstanding team and were excellent representatives of the company: courteous, friendly, kind, responsible, hard-working, positive, and dedicated to doing a complete, detail-oriented job in a timely manner.

Living in Phoenix, we are surrounded by desert dust that we're not even aware of. If I put a new air filter in my A/C intake, it goes grey-brown in a week's time. If that filter is picking that up ... what kind of "invisible dust" are our carpets entrapping? And unlike being able to change a filter, I can't change my wall-to-wall every month. My carpets were getting to the point where I didn't want to lay down on them to stretch or do exercises because I would essentially be grinding my body into a dirty unable-to-change air filter.

Other carpet cleaners use soap-based cleaners. No matter how much the carpet is rinsed, that process leaves a soap residue behind. And that soap residue is like a magnet that attracts dust, dirt and grime and traps it in your carpet again. So you call your carpet cleaner, they clean your carpet with soap. It looks great. But because it's soap-based, it leaves residue ... and the cycle repeats itself, again and again.

Chem-Dry is different. Because it uses hot carbonated water, it is able to extract all the dust and other nastiness in one's carpets, while leaving NOTHING behind! 99% of what was in there is now just GONE! My house doesn't smell like "wet dog," it doesn't smell like "perfume over dampness" ... it just smells ... PURE. What a gift it is that I can offer this pure environment to my family, all because of Sunrise Chem-Dry. I can't recommend them highly enough.

In short, I am VERY, VERY pleased with the services rendered by Zeke and Paige, VERY pleased with the Chem-Dry product that Sunrise uses, and I'm VERY glad that I have a chance here on Google to tell all of you about my experience today!

P.S. The only thing I'd like to suggest to the company that could have made the job better would have been for the team to have brought a carpet rake to rake up all the compressed traffic areas from a variety of angles before pre-treating, as this would have helped both the pre-treating process and the drying process afterwards, so that the pre-treating solution could have reached more exposed fibers, and then afterwards, it would have exposed more fibers to the air, resulting in a faster dry time.

My expeirience with Sunrise Chem-dry was simply phenominal. Very proffesional and courtious service, stayed true with their pricing and didn't jack it up like some of the other cleaners I've used. Would highly recommend Sunrise Chem-dry to anyone looking for a quality cleaning and fast dry time.

Needed 3 rooms of carpet cleaned the same day. I called them b/c of the reviews on yelp and google were stellar and I was not let down. They showed up on time and called me to let me know they were 30 mins out. When they showed up they took extra care and put on foot covers so they wouldn't track dirt in. An hour later my carpets looked amazing and I will definitely be using them again.

Just had my sectional cleaned. Didn't realize how dirty it was until I saw it. Looks great and service was quick and professional! Would definitely use again.

We had Sun Rise Chem-Dry scheduled to come out at 12:30pm and they called to say they could come at 12 noon. Not only did they get hear early, but they also did a fantastic job explaining the process and chemicals used. They took two hours to do 8 rooms. They look and smell great!

Sunrise removed a nasty coffee stain with no problem. It is like it never happened. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we’ve used chem dry and I am always amazed by how nicely the carpets clean up with their work. We have a baby and a dog and we stain! So impressed w these guys. And I love that it is chemical free - safe for my babies!

First researched a company that advertises heavily. Didn't like that they only responded to their positive google reviews. One negative review said they had been happy with chem dry. Searching chem dry's reviews it seems they take customer satisfaction to heart. My experience with chem dry was very positive. Cleaned major carpet pet stains very effectively. Only reservation is that price of $500 seemed high for a service that took an hour of work.

Called and spoke with Ann. They were able to schedule a carpet (rug) cleaning the same day. The crew was very professional and the outcome was better than expected.
