Only do business with this company if you want frustration! My time is just as valuable as theirs is but this company has no idea what customer service means! This company will respond to an initial text message or phone call stating they will call you back. After two phone calls, with voicemails left, and numerous text messages there wasn’t even an update on a contact timeline. I guess they forgot who I was! I’m the customer and without us they have no business!

My Home is older and every repair is never cut and dry. I decided to call out a professional as I was clearly out of my league with this stuff. Jason responded to my request within 5 minutes and had me scheduled for the next day. My technician Cheney is amazing, my home, as always didn't prove to be an easy one, but Cheney was persistent and came back every day until he figured it out, without charging for the added visits. I wasn't pressured to buy things I didn't need and I love that. I'm incredibly happy with the price of the repairs and the new color-changing LED party light I decided to get.

I stumbled upon this company in 2023 when I was looking to have a pool heater installed. I had put an ad on Angi's list and they responded right away! They were able to install my heater quickly and efficiently! Shortly after I had an issue and they came out same day to replace a valve! Fast forward to last week when I was having a party that night and woke up to my pool pump not working! I called several places and no one was willing to come out same day. I put another ad on Angis and lo and behold they responded right away! I had explained the situation and the manager who initially didn't have any opening til the following day, advised me he would look into moving some things around . He texted me a few minutes later and said someone would be there within an hour!!! Savion was our tech and he was thorough, efficient and went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue, which was NOT a simple case. Once he found the issue, he could have scheduled me for repairs as they were a little extensive, but he went above and beyond and made the repairs necessary to ensure I could heat my pool for my party. The repairs were nothing to do with their previous work, I had actually had my regular pool service (weekly service tech) make some repairs and his work needed to be redone! All said and done, I was elated with the service I received, so much I switched to them for my weekly service! Thank you again Savion and Phoenix Pro Pools

So far only one technician was cordial and communicated. His name was Clint. Clint actually pulled the vacuum from the pool. Since it had no hose attached he wasn't able to use it. I cant review the communications aspect of the company since the only correspondence has been that "they cant text right now". They have been ignoring my requests since. We are also going through our rental management company. I believe that might be the biggest reason the communication stinks right now. However since we are paying for the service I'm posting pics of the pool and how it was left by the technician. We are and gladly( I should add ) are purchasing equipment needed to take care of the pool on an everyday basis. I have reached out to our management company to help us in this situation. Since this weekly service has been crap. I'm hoping for better service so I can give a better review.

Nick and his team at Amergency Services are simply the best pool maintenance people I have ever had the pleasure of having served us! They really are amazing at what they do and deliver on their promises and are reliable everytime!

Nick does an amazing job keeping our pool sparkling. We own an Airbnb in Glendale and not being able to be there it’s great that we can trust someone to make sure the pool is ready for guest. He is reliable and knowledgeable. He not only has kept up on small maintenance on the pool he also has helped with some bigger things the pool needed like new sand in the filter and new pebble tech on where we needed some patch work done both have made a world of difference in our pool. We are very happy with Nicks pool service!

Upon my search for a regular cleaning service for my home I came across Jann with AZ Uber Clean. I am quite cautious as anyone else when selecting someone to come into my home to clean while I’m at work. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Jann is very punctual, trustworthy, attentive, great communication, and quite thorough with her cleaning services. Very reasonably priced for what she does, and trust me it’s a lot. I come home and I’m immensely pleased every other Friday after she has cleaned my home from top to bottom. She is absolutely amazing.

What an outstanding company. Chemicals are always right on. Puts us first and only charges $99 . I never had to buy chemicals. I have never had to do anything extra for my pool yo look the best it has in years. And my motor was half what others quoted me.

Tried reaching out to them multiple times. Hugo would schedule an initial estimate to start cleaning service but didn't show up on three separate occasions. I would avoid the company if you are looking for someone who is organized.

I will never use anyone else. They are by far the best. They include chemicals and they really come to clean the pool every week. This was an issue with so many others. So we are very pleased.

Tried getting them to start services. They missed the appointment for 2 days, then asked for another chance. Tech texted me on Sunday to set appointment and time for Monday. Monday at 2pm came and went and then he texted me at 230 to say he was 5 mins out. Cancelled because clearly they cant communicate or keep appointments.
