It’s almost never pleasant to be inconvenienced by a home repairs. Executive carpet did a really good job at making it as smooth as possible. Dalton was here today with another guy. They were here on time, they left literally zero mess behind. They were very friendly and respectful and efficient. 10 out of 10 service

We are very pleased with this outstanding carpet service. Not only do they do a fantastic and thorough job, their work ethic is superb. Jesus has served us for 6 years, always with a smile and proper understanding of what we need done. The last time we needed cleaning, Jesus was not available but we were greeted by Josh and Quentin. Both of these men were very skilled in their jobs and were highly professional and very easy to relate to. Our carpets looked new when they were finished. We will for sure continue to have this company back again and again.

Joseph and Quentin did a fantastic job on my carpets. I had some heavy stains and they really took their time to get them out. I set the appointment with Ben and I asked him if they are really as good as their reviews, and he said, We’re the best in the west!” I like the confidence and they backed it up!

I recently had some unexpected water damage in my home from a leak in my master shower that affected the ceiling and AC vent area. Executive Carpet Services came out, and I could not be happier with the results. Dalton Hillman and his team were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented from start to finish.

They handled the cleanup, addressed the mold issue, and repaired the ceiling so well that you can’t even tell there was ever any damage. They even left me extra paint for touch-ups, which was a thoughtful touch. The entire process was smooth, and the quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations.

We always have a great experience working with Executive Carpet Services! Justin came by to do a cleaning at our property and left it looking amazing! He got out 2 stains making it look brand new I was definitely impressed by his great work.

We had our travertine office floors cleaned and sealed before we moved in. Kody came out and did an amazing job on the floors- the before and after was amazing!! I can’t believe how much better the floors look! The communication with Kody was excellent! He scheduled with me, let us know when he was on the way and when he was finished and I didn’t have to worry about being there while he cleaned. Since we hadn’t moved in yet it was a huge time saver for me!! I definitely recommend!!!

Brennan and Tyler came to my home today, and I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism. They truly went above and beyond. I needed a wool rug cleaned—something I hadn’t mentioned in advance—and even though they didn’t have the right chemical on hand, they had a teammate deliver it just so they could take care of it on the spot. I was genuinely blown away. This level of customer service is rare these days. Both technicians were kind, thorough, and such a pleasure to work with. They did a beautiful job, and I’ll absolutely be a return customer.

Brennan communicated his arrival time and was spot on. Explained his process and he made sure he put down wall protectors so the hose didn’t rub on them. Our carpet looks brand new! Thank you Brennan. Great to see younger people that are hard working AND have manners. Very rare these days. Will definitely be using Executive again next year.

Joseph and Tyler arrived on time, they were polite and professional. I explained I wasn’t expecting miracles based on the stains and condition of the carpet, I would like clean. Executive Carpet Services performed exactly as their estimate specified. The three rooms of older carpet were professionally cleaned and restretched. Josh and Justin did a great job and were pleasant and respectful.

I had just moved into my property a few months ago. And it had a bad pet odor, I tried getting rid of it on my own, but everything I tried didn't work and I had to call it in.
Brennan and Devin came, they listened to what we had to say, inspect the carpet and told us what solutions they were going to use. And got to work right away.
They were both very respectful and made us feel confident on what they were doing. Once they were done, they gave us full instructions on approximate how long it will take to dry and what not to put on the floor.
It has been a week since they cleaned it, the carpet smells and feels great. Thank you guys for the great job, I highly recommend you guys.

Highly recommended. Hired them to repair water damage in my guest bathroom, they had to rip out the toilet and the sink as well as half of the wall connecting to a bedroom closet. They are very professional and kind, they work fast without any sacrifice in quality and they do a great job cleaning up after the job. Hopefully I don’t have to deal with any more water damage in the future but if I do I’d be happy to have them do any future repairs.

These guys were great. We had the pleasure of dealing with Alex and Dalton. They took care of everything. They even noticed something else needed to be repaired and got it all completed the same day instead of having to return at a later date. They were nice and professional. Would highly recommend!

Joseph is a phenomenal worker for this company. He’s very intentive. He is very customer service oriented as well as friendly. He takes his time and clean the units at our property here at Array South Mountain. I recommend him to anybody if you choose executive carpeting and happy birthday friend.
