Great service, highly recommend. Came out on father's day and helped me out and didn't charge me anything. He knew a lot about my older pool and issues I was having and gave me great advice.

Aggressive and reckless drivers, look at the other 1 star reviews, this company is sketchy. Lots of charges for work done when it was not, and it’s up to the customer to sort it out. Stay clear.

Amazing service! We needed emergency carpet cleaning and they were here first thing the next morning. Very professional service and follow up call later that day to check on the service and carpet. Definitely recommend Executive Carpet Services. Thank you again!

I wish I could give more stars!! I just bought a house in Peoria and I live in Idaho. I called Executive Carpet Services on a Friday and they sent Josh out the following Monday at 9am sharp. Josh cleaned my carpet, spot treated, and called me after to let me know that there were some wear spots around where furniture was, but overall the carpet looks great for its age. I highly recommend this company for their responsiveness, I wanted my carpets cleaned before we moved furniture in, and Josh was honest about what he could do for me and my realtor was there and said he was so professional and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Executive Carpet Services!!

My place had wall damage, due to refrigerator linking water. They did an amazing job and even cleaned up after themselves. Dalton had amazing customer service, so I highly recommend this place.

Fully recommend this company. They sent out Jesus and Justin to do both carpet and tile cleaning and couldn’t be happier with the result. Service was fast, helpful and attentive - had everything looking brand new, even when it came to the rougher stains a pet could leave. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

I just had an area rug and one bedroom cleaned. Joseph and Justin did a great job. The carpet dried really quickly with only the ceiling fan on. I will definitely use their services again.

Justine was professional and provided excellent customer service. The carpet cleaning is excellent. Also, Justine explained the care and expectation of cleaning and drying the carpet.

If I could give more stars I would. I recently had my carpets cleaned by Jesus and Justin and I’m thrilled with the results! The team was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. They removed stains I thought would never come out, worked as a team the entire time and my carpets look brand new! Highly recommend their services for anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning. I recently had Dalton and Dale repair my ceiling from water damage, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. They were super professional, showed up right on time, and got straight to it. I really appreciated how efficient and detail-oriented they were, making sure everything was done right the first time. The whole process was smooth, and they left the area clean when they were done, which was a nice bonus. If you’re looking for reliable, hardworking guys who know their stuff, I’d definitely recommend Dalton and Dale!

I cannot speak to the carpet cleaning itself, as the carpet was still wet when I went to verify they actually completed the service, but the communication with Executive Carpet Services was terrible.

It was easy to book, but when it came to the actual service I did not receive any further communication after we paid the invoice. They require it be paid in advance. I totally understand that, so we paid in full an entire month before to ensure we would be on the books for our move out cleaning from our rental home. (I scheduled the service for July 30th and paid the invoice in full on June 30th.)

The day before the service, I reached out to ask how I could share the access code with them and they said to just text it to them, so I did. The morning of the service came, and I saw zero activity on the ring camera. We also had a smart home app, so I was also able to check to see if the door had been used at all. It hadn't.

When they still had not been to the house at 3PM, I reached out to see when they would be to the house. They told me the service had been completed. I told them that was odd, since I had not seen them enter the property. They then said "Sorry wrong person". I asked when they would be there, and at that point they told me they would be there at 5PM.

Our rental is in Gilbert, and they are based on Glendale so based off that I believe they did not actually put us on the books, and would not have actually followed through on completion the services had I not reached out.

Additionally, when I went to leave the keys at the house since we had moved out, I noticed they left the side gate open and the back door unlocked.

I would not book a service with them again, and I am incredibly disappointed this is one of the three options required by our former property management based on this experience.

Brenon and Clinton are true passionate professionals. Communicated each step of the work to be performed. Adjusted to changes as they arose. They were efficient with no wasted movements. They take pride in their craft, making 23 year old like new with their skills constantly being brought forth in challenging opportunities. Remove bleached stains, food and pet stains. Thank for providing these two craftsmen. We appreciate you sending your best.

I recently used executive for a deep clean of my carpets, and I’m incredibly impressed. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently. Stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the entire house smells fresh and clean.

The pricing was fair, especially considering the high quality of the work. I also appreciated that they used eco-friendly products, which was important to me as a pet owner. I’ll definitely be using their service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a carpet refresh.

Kody is amazing ! He is thorough and takes his time and is in communication with you the entire time making sure you are satisfied. My floors look and feel amazing! I can’t thank him enough, I will recommend him to everyone! Super affordable as well! My grout before was absolutely disgusting now it’s light and beautiful like it’s brand new.

Brennan and Quintin did a fantastic job on our carpets! They literally look brand new! Very respectful and professional! Communication was great. They were quick but not so quick that the job lacked quality.

When I moved into my apartment the carpets were absolutely filthy. It was supposed to be clean, but it was nowhere near hygienic or livable. I was frantically trying to find someone who I could trust to clean the carpets as I did not trust the people that my apartment complex hired to do the job.

I found Executive Carpet Services, and was able to make an appointment to clean all the flooring and carpet in my apartment for a great price.

Josh did an amazing job cleaning the carpets and flooring, and he used a deep cleaning brush which really made a huge difference. He got out all the stains that he could and covered the closets and storage areas as well. I vacuumed once the carpets were dry, and there was barely anything at all that came out from the carpets (My vacuum was pretty much still empty). I was extremely pleased with the job he was able to accomplish despite the terrible condition that the carpet was left in. I can now finally move into the apartment and have peace of mind that I am stepping on nice and clean flooring and carpet. Thank you guys for your services!
