We have had the worst experience with this company, from employees showing up unannounced on the wrong day to large scale projects being canceled or postponed without communication. If you are looking for a reliable company with professional employees definitely looking elsewhere. Nothing "professional" about this company

Hired these people 3 weeks ago, for weekly service. Could not get ahold of them for a week and a half after technician left and pop ups did not work. Tried emailing, texting, and leaving voicemails. Did not follow thru with stated post cleaning email and pictures for last visit. Communication is key!

I booked an appointment on a Thursday for the following Monday. I was told I could possibly have someone on Sunday but most likely it'll just be Monday and I agreed to it. Monday Comes around no calls or anything so I decide to call to make sure. No Answer but a text message back stating that he decided to book me for a Tuesday morning because it was better for him without bothering to ask. Upon telling him that I specifically had someone do me a favor by being at my house for Monday as I work Mon-Fri mornings and I asked if he could just come Tues afternoon he completely ghosted me. If he couldn't have done he he should have said so I didn't waste a week plus some of my time and also a favor. Thanks Scott.

Super happy with this company for our pool services. We have had several come out and none were as good as Phoenix Pro Pool. They make sure to take the time and communicate with me when they are on the way, always put the chemicals that were needed, always made sure to brush the walls and cleaned out filters or skimmers. My pool is sparkling clean every week and here in AZ that is important. Thank you very much Phoenix Pro Pools!

Been using this company for a year since getting my first pool and they’ve been a lifesaver more times than I care to admit. Came out after hours to show me how my pumps worked and everything. Pool has always been crystal clear. Highly recommend.

Jason was awesome. He came out on short notice when we really needed some help with our pool. I really appreciate his communication and timely service. He’s been awesome.

They provided quotes to replace our pool pump and filter and now won’t respond to schedule the work. Have to assume they’re not hurting for business and don’t care about recruiting new customers. We were also going to sign up for their monthly service, Jason was the one my husband spoke to.

Unfortunately, after months of dealing with this company my pool is not only green but unusable. They have come and treated my pool multiple times and have been unable to fix the problem. I took a water sample to a different company who informed me all the chlorine they had been placing in the pool was ineffective because of the extra high acidity level.

I’m very disappointed they are concerned with payment more than problem solving summer is half way over my pool is still completely useless.

Very disappointed!!! Purchased a one year old model home with a pool. Hired Phoenix Pro Pool to check out the pool and do a one time clean with the intention of hiring them for weekly service. Pool was clean except for the bottom being dirty due to poor maintenance by the pool company hired by the Builder. Paid $165 for the clean and orientation of the pool and equipment. Tech came one day and texted the pool looked good for chemicals and he made some changes to the filter settings, etc. Next day the owner came out for the cleaning and orientation. He spent about 20 minutes explaining the equipment, a quick brush of the pool, added a chemical and explained chemical balancing. He said he would send a follow up email going into detail about chemicals and balancing. I sent a text a couple of days later to ask if he would still be sending the email. No response..next day sent a follow-up text asking that he please send the email or let me know if I should look elsewhere for the information. Still no response after 3 days. Very poor communication and customer service. Not the mention the fact I wasted $165. I will definitely be going with another company for my weekly service.

I have now tried to use them twice and they do a little work and then ghost you. The first time was over a year ago and I gave them another try because maybe it was a tech problem. They just did it again. They told me to pay a bill and then they would come treat my pool for algae. I paid and they never responded again. I have text and called. No response. I wouldn't trust this company.

My pool motor went out unexpectedly this last weekend, I called Jason in a panic knowing the green pool was coming if this wasn't addressed soon. Jason let me know they are very busy it being the middle of the season (understand completely) but he would get someone out by Friday. To my surprise the technician showed up Tuesday.
Savion came and installed the new motor and wouldn't leave until it was right even with all the problems my older pool system presents. Love this company, the prices are very reasonable and the technicians very knowledgeable and pleasant.
This is my second time using this service for large pool repairs. Jason the owner hires really great dependable guys as I have never been disappointed.

We started our service with Phoenix Pool Pro in March. Things didn't start out on a good foot because the tech didn't show up on the day they were scheduled but we wrote this off as bad luck since they told us an emergency popped up and they sent someone out the next day. Our pool was blue but needed to be vacuumed and prepared for swimming after the winter. The technician told us we needed to buy a vacuum and said the owner would let us know what model we should purchase. We never heard about the vacuum again. Over the period of the next few months the pool gradually got more cloudy and eventually turned pea green. The owner told us we needed an algae treatment and said they would call the following Monday to discuss options. We never got a call about the algae treatment and the technician never came back. The owner is no longer returning our calls or text messages. We are now looking for another company and our pool is disgusting.
