TAMC came out to look at my air conditioning unit because my flow of air in the house was very low. He cleaned the coils with a toothbrush so now they’re very clean. He had to replace the dual run capacitor and regulator capacitor. He told me honestly, my AC UNIT is a little small for my 1600 square-foot home and when this a/c goes out to get a little bigger one. This is a family owned business, which I like and the son took over the business and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anybody. I also have a rental in Sun City West, and now I have him doing both maintenance every year on my AC units because of his knowledge and his honesty. Thanks 🙏

On a hot and muggy night in the valley of the sun, this man, John Hagman, comes to my house after working in the sweltering heat all day to fix my air conditioning. Mind you I had just called him a scant couple of hours prior to this. On a day when my home warranty company repeatedly said no one, no one could make it for five days, heat wave, 110 degrees blind un-relenting heat. As it's obvious that no 'normal' AC outfit that rescues my family, one call to John is all it takes. "I'm in the business of helping people" John explains. It's Friday night mind you, the man is tired but fearless. He tells me he will get the parts first thing in the morning and be back, and he was. ON A SATURDAY with his crew too, the wonderful Karol, his wife and partner. Most would have said no, not today. But not John and Karol, they only said "will that be soon enough". Now it's Saturday night and I have cold air. I'm happy, my wife is happy, my dog is happy. YOU WILL BE HAPPY too if you call John Hagman of All Aire Air Conditioning. They get it done while all the others run. You might as well burn your home warranty for as much good as it will do you. Personalized service, family business where the owners do the work themselves. Love this family owned business. Honest and professional service. John arrived on time (loved that!) inspected our ac/heater, diagnosed the problem, quoted a price and then went to work. Soon our heater was back at work, our system in much better condition and likely to last years longer. Did a superb job and provided us excellent service. Highly reccommend!

Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM. Air conditioner sounds like it's coming apart. Call John and Karol Hagman and left a message to call. John calls back right away, asks some questions, and let's us know it will take them about an hour to get to our home clear out in Estrella Mountain. Sure enough 45 minutes later John calls to let us know they are getting off the I-10 headed towards our home. John and Karol introduce themselves, ask a few more questions and get right to work. In 45 minutes one part is replaced, the entire unit is cleaned, another part is added to give our compressor some added help, and we are up and running. Our unit is seven years old and will need replaced in a year or two, but we are more than grateful to John and Karol for their professional, courteous, and honest work ethic. I might add that the price of the repair was very reasonable and more than fair. One of our sons stopped by to see how we were doing, met John and Karol, and asked why he and his wife hadn't been told about them before now!! Said they would definitely be giving them a call if and when they need service!! Thank you John and Karol again for your prompt service!!!!!

I've known John at "All Aire Conditioning & Heat" for quite some time now. As far as integrity goes, I don't know that I've ever met anyone that exudes this quality more than John. If he tells you something, then you can bet it will get done...and completed with quality. If you are thinking about working with John on a project for your home or business, I'm here to tell you that you'll be glad you hired him and his team. I recommend them without hesitation.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. John, the owner, is just the absolute best. He first took a look at my AC unit a few months back. He did just enough work to get things cooling again but made sure to explain that my unit was on its last leg so I should start saving now. Sure enough, my AC unit stopped working entirely a few months later smack dab in the middle of August in AZ. John and his office manager, Karol, helped me get financed the same day and were able to fully replace my 2 ton AC unit the following day. The financing company they used gave me multiple interest and no-interest options based on what I can currently afford. The interest rates were also very reasonable and saved me from having to put another few thousand on my credit cards. John and another young man showed up at my condo the next morning and worked all day to replace my outside and inside unit. John made sure to loop me in when necessary and explain everything he was doing so that there weren’t any surprises. He also did not charge me one penny over the original estimate. And the original estimate was EXTREMELY fair to begin with. A friend of mine recommended him to be because I was concerned that I’d work with a company and would get taken advantage of due to my ignorance with all things heating and cooling related. John is very trustworthy and honest. At no point did he make any attempts to upsell me or take advantage of my ignorance. They were at my house from 8am - 7pm finishing up the install to make sure everything worked perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to explain how to best upkeep my unit and how to use the warranties (should I need to) very clearly. Today, I have a brand new unit with a 12 year warranty that works ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY. I was able to wake up this morning in a 70 degree bedroom which I haven’t been able to accomplish for far too long! John is the best and I will be sure to recommend him to anyone having AC issues in the future.
