Excellent customer service! Our AC unit needed to be replaced. Scheduled us at 6:30 on Saturday morning to get us up & running. Pricing was very reasonable. The install went perfectly, & we love our new Trane. Thank you Red Rock!

Just had my spring maintenance done by Red Rock Air Heating and Cooling. I was kept updated when tech was heading my way and when he arrived. Joey was very polite clean and efficient. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He cleaned up you wouldn’t even have known he was here! I highly recommend this local family owned company that we’ve been using for over 10 years. Great people!

Chad was able to make it out on the same day and fixed the A/C. Always honest and professional.

This was for a second opinion on a compressor replacement. Chad and Allen informed us that no replacement is needed! Very happy to know that there are still honest people out there!! Our NEW go to AC company!!!

I had to have 2 units installed and 2 units removed on the roof of my new home. Very pleased with the service, knowledge and process. Everything was completed as promised and Red Rock Air was early-or-on-time to every scheduled appointment.

2025 Update - Still the only company I call for maintenance. I've also had one warranty call and they handled it QUICK and at no cost to me.

Alan came out and serviced our 2 heaters that they installed in the last few years. He is great to work with and always very professional.

We contacted Red Rock Air because our AC quit working, and within an hour Alan came to the rescue. Replaced the condenser fan motor and the AC was back to cooling quickly. Honest company, highly recommend and will be using in the future for all of our AC needs.

but I’m so glad that I did, their professional, HONEST and have integrity which is a breath of fresh air and very rare in today’s world, especially, unfortunately in the air conditioning Industry

What a thoughtful guy Chad is. My husband reached out to him through text on a Sunday in September, because our air was blowing warm, and within 20 minutes he responded and was able to come out and check it…and fix it! We did not expect him to come out on a Sunday. We have been doing business with Red Rock Air for about 6 or 7 years. Refreshing to work with a small company with genuinely good customer service.
