Guy and Wes installed our new A/C unit and they were phenomenal! On time and very professional. They knew what they were doing and were quick to get our air up and running as quickly as possible. I highly recommend them and Christian Brothers plumbing to anyone. At the same time, we had to replace our hot water heater and Alfonzo showed up in a timely manner. He too did a fantastic job and everything looks and works brand new! I would also like to add compliments to Charmaine for getting our appointment scheduled so quickly and Jesus for helping us out with our old system and keeping it running over the 4th of July weekend until our new system was delivered and installed on Monday. Greg was so knowledgeable about what system we needed for our home and so helpful in getting it ordered and the best price possible for what we needed. Christian Brothers is the BEST. I wouldn’t use or trust anyone else for our home needs. They do it ALL ! 10 stars from me :)

Mark Robacado was very quick and honest in solving our problem. To be honest, it’s been a long time since I received customer service like Mark provided. I am glad I found Christian Brothers and now have a go-to company. Thank you Mark and Christian Brothers for your outstanding ethics!

A/C went down this morning and called Christian Brothers and they had a technician out within two hours. Technician Chris was courteous and went right to work. He found the issue quickly and had it repaired just as fast. Great service.

George, Santiago, James, Greg, Wes, Guy were all so nice and helpful! They went out of their way to save us money and make sure we got everything set up correctly- plumbing, electric, brand new AC unit. Outstanding job!!

The guys, Gilbert and Aden were very thorough in addressing our leak in the gas line. They were extremely helpful and described the complete process. Great guys to work with. Would recommend them to anyone.

Gabriel and Aiden were leaving a neighbors home and my car wouldn’t start. They went out of their way to help me at 7pm. I’m sure it was time for them to go home for the night but they took the time to help me get my car started and wouldn’t take any money for helping. I will definitely be calling this company if I have any plumbing or A/C needs because of these 2 employees that went above and beyond for a stranger.

Gilbert diagnosed the leak that we were having quickly and made the proper repairs ( which were somewhat extensive) so we will not have any more issues with this. He was so friendly and made sure I was happy. Lastly, everything was put back and it looked like they were never here.

I have two stars due to Alfonso the Tech answering all my questions and providing as much information as he could. My property is located in Glendale and they were able to give me a $50 quote less than an hour after calling even on a Friday. I called about a kitchen faucet and water heater replacement. Was quoted $3500 total and I provided the sink. $994 for that but if I provided the water hearted installation was $2100. I called Homedepot. They are installing a water heater tomorrow for $1600.

We couldn't ask for better service than what we got from Gilbert and Aden, they were in and out in no time at all. They were also very friendly and polite.

We look forward to interacting with them more often as we plan on signing up for their yearly maintenance services.

Guy and Wes installed a new Goodman AC unit for me today and did a superb job! They showed up when they said and installed it in a timely manner. They explained everything to me about it and made sure I had no questions before they left and, cleaned up everything too! I’ve been with Christian Bros for years and have never had a bad experience. James and Greg were also so helpful in this whole experience. Just a great company with great workers and service.

Marc worked tirelessly to solve electrical mysteries. We are new owners of a house that was flipped and apparently the original owner thought he was an electrician. Unfortunately there were several wiring issues with outlets not working and light not working. Marc resolved all of the issues to our great satisfaction.

Gilbert and Aiden were very professional and did an amazing job. They were able to help me with my gas fire pit. I was so impressed with them, that I signed up for their other services they offer throughout the year! Thanks you Christian Brothers!

From scheduling to final repair, Christian Brothers were friendly and professional. George explained what was happening and how he was going to fix it. Again, all in a professional manner.

Had an electrician come out to look at some concerns I had in my new build home. Employee listened to my concern, confirmed my suspicions were right, and then left without ever doing an inspection or giving me a report. Definitely feel like I wasted my money as I now have nothing to show to the builder that proves they need to make fixes.

The installation staff (Guy and West) were so professional, helpful, and attentive to the entire installation of my new AC, and their cleanup was spotless in my garage and backyard. They were sincerely nice, polite, and answered all my questions to how to work, and maintain my new AC. Lastly, Greg (the “comfort advisor”), compassionate about my sudden dilemma with my old AC going out, he gave me a direct, and honest quote for the new system, and catered to my needs to have Guy and West come to my home at a specific time.

Spend the money for QUALITY Air Conditioning installation and maintenance. Go with Christian Brothers for ALL your plumbing, AC, and electrical needs.

Guy, Wes, Ozzy, and Seth were all great. They took their time and did a fantastic job all the way around. The new AC unit looks really nice on the roof. Greg was also great. He was very commutative and explained everything well from the original consultation to install day and kept me posted throughout the whole process.

Had a toilet bowl not flushing properly and the Christian Brothers tech came out same day I called, quickly identified issue was the watering meter and replaced the faulty part with a new one. Great tech and great response time. Also did not try to upsell me on what was a minor repair.

Mark Rocabado from Christian Brothers, Plumbing and Electrical did an awesome job in the fan in our master bathroom. The last electrician installed the fan incorrectly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Next time I call I will request him. Thank you for the great customer service!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I am extremely unhappy with this company. I hired them to put in a ceiling fan in a bedroom, a ceiling fan on the back patio and electrical extension and conduit to my backyard patio. They arrived a half hour late and were not done by the time I needed to leave I should not have agreed to the date as I knew I would be pressed for time so that is on me The communication between the technicians and myself was not clear they informed me they did not include in the quote the conduit to the backyard patio and when they told me the conduit had to be painted, that is what I thought they were talking about I have 10 years in the Home building industry, and I am not completely in the dark with the trades. I left a half hour later than I should have and was late to my rehearsal. when I got home. I was shocked at the install on the back patio. Also, they left a mess in the bedroom and a huge drywall repair that needed to be taken care of . I had three other electrical companies come in to look at the work. All of them said that the fan install on the backyard patio was amateur and lazy. I complained to the company and they did reimburse me $500 however I was charged over $5000 for the complete job. I was also told that this was unreasonable when I compared the invoice to what was done and what I was charged I found items on the list that I was charged for that was not done. I wonder how many other people are taking advantage of like this this is not over.
