*Highly recommend* Red Rock Air LLC !! Our 6 yr old air conditioner started to blow ‘cool’ air intermittently and I kept having to turn off/on each zone! I Called my neighbor (as we all have homes that are 6 yrs old) asked who she used when this happened to her. She *highly recommended Red Rock!
The service was immediate within a day as requested, and the part that needed replaced was checked to determine that it was still under warranty. 2 Days later CHAD had our AC running cold! Thank you Chad, and we are grateful for a reputable, knowledgeable and honest company!

Red Rock did such a great job installing a new heater in my cabin that I hired them again (CHAD and ALAN) to install a new mini-split a/c unit. They had quite a lot of physical work to do for the installation. It involved trenching for a separate electrical connection and building a base for the main section to set on. What impressed me the most is how professional the installation looked. All wires and tubes were placed with precision. After the installation was complete, Chad took the time to explain how to operate the system which came with a remote control. Red Rock also has a maintenance plan that I am purchasing to keep my cabin operating in tip-top shape. I highly recommend Red Rock Heating & Cooling!

Chad and his crew do great work. They are honest, and professional but friendly. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating or cooling needs. My furnace went out and they rearranged their schedule so they could get my new unit installed. They even brought space heaters to me so I could stay warm until they got my new furnace installed. They were also very neat and didn’t leave anything for me to have to clean up. Thank you guys!

I have used Chad and his team for over 5 years. He & his team are always professional, honest, trustworthy. They always show up and communicate when they are in their way. I have always felt safe with he & his team. They never overcharge or try to push upgrades on you. I highly recommend their services, you will never need to find another ac company!

Chad is outstanding in the field. He will not try to talk you into buying something you don’t need. He has integrity that you don’t see anymore. Had a company come out and service my 9 year old ac unit and they wanted to charge me 3 grand in updates. Chad checked my unit out and told me I needed none of that. He replaced fan motor under warranty and charged me a minimal labor fee. You don’t find company’s like that anymore. A1 company you can trust.

Once we knew it required a full system replacement, they scheduled me within two days and got it all done for a really good price. We couldn’t be happier with their work.

Chad provided three repair options - all at a fair price - and we selected AC and Furnace replacement due to the age of our units. It's rare these days to find honest companies that truly want to help fix a problem without trying to upsell you on things you don't need. Alan came out and was incredibly professional and honest. Instead of just throwing expensive parts at the issue, he took the time to properly diagnose the problem and got my unit running again—all without costing me thousands.
