We had Alfonzo come today to fix our toilet, and he was awesome! We needed it done quick and affordable- he did both! What a nice human - can’t recommend this company more. And so thankful our toilet is fixed🙌

Guy and Wes did a fantastic job with the install of our new AC unit. I was a bit worried having a new unit put in with the temps rising here but they were quick, professional, knowledgeable and kind. 10 outta 10 would recommend them and we will also be using them for any future work.

James was phenomenal. He came and checked out my HVAC as I was getting no heat. He quickly identified the issue and showed my the faulty part. He provided me multiple options and quotes. The best part is that when I advised that I may have a warranty and coverage he didn’t assume that just because his tablet wasn’t confirming that it wasn’t true. He immediately and gladly called the office, had them confirm, and was EXCITED for me that my cost was going to be even lower than what he originally quoted. That’s honesty, respect, doing the right thing, and made me feel good the rest of the day to see that he was not only happy to fix my issue but get me the best deal possible. I highly recommend James from the A/C team!

Oswaldo Perez from Christian Brothers Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical installed a new irrigation system timer after trouble shooting my old system to find out it no longer worked. He did an amazing job, while being very professional and explaining what he was doing throughout the process of trouble shooting the old system. He made sure I was 100% satisfied and if I had any questions before he cleaned up the area. Highly recommend him and this company.

Santiago was on time, friendly and efficient. He replaced one of my toilet seats and installed a new Rheem Professional gas water heater. He did an excellent job on both, made sure we got the best price and cleaned up when he was done. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Plumbing and Santiago.

Good service but exyremely overpriced in my opinion. I found the.leak and directed the crew to it's location even supplied some repair material and tool. Would have diffuculty referring to friends or neughbours. Sorry.

Christian Brothers sent a technician out the same day we called about our leaking water heater. The very next day he returned to install our new water heater. Alfonso and his helper were so knowledgeable and professional. They were so polite.
Office staff were also so polite and courteous.

We would definitely use them again.

After Christian Brothers installed my AC unit and Hot Water tank all was good, although I really had my heart on a Carrier AC unit because of its great reputation and being a top selling brand - But Christian Brothers does not carry them for what ever reason so I ended up with some unknow product.. It works but why don't they carry the best? Then I called needing help with some electrical issues as a few of the outlets in the kitchen area stopped working and I needed a new GFI outlet installed.. I'm not a new comer to home repairs but I was wanting a pro's assistance. Tom showed up on time and looked things over and gave me a price, now understand I agreed to it and paid is as I agreed. But now thinking about what he actually did I think I may have been taken advantage of just a little bit as the problem boiled down to be #1-One loose and burnt wire nut....#2 One new GHI outlet which cost two for $20 at home depot and #3-a new breaker on my sprinkler system, Not because it needed it but because it didn't match the others.. That was it - a wire nut (maybe 7 cents) a plug (maybe $10) and a breaker that really didn't need to be changed.. He took his time getting the work done and I was out $724 bucks..... I feel that when o'l Tom found out how simple the repairs were he could have been upright and shaved that price a little.. A kid in beginner trade school could have done this, nothing special. I respected this company until this - No more. There is a saying in business - Pigs get fat but Hogs get slaughtered.. There are too many good repairmen in AZ to have to go through this kind of fleecing. Do yourself a big favor and shop around...

It's the employees who keep me coming back! They have all been so professional and courteous. When they set a time to meet they always make it. We use Christian Bros for plumbing and electrical.

You got my review.. 👎🏼 All I have to say. Christian Brothers is not there to fix your electrical issues but to upsell a useless membership $1000.00+.. I was stupid don’t use them!

I called this company to repair the bathtub faucet drip. The advised it was due to chlorine in the water and it would be beneficial to install a filter. They installed a carbon filter in my home..that they connected to my water softening unit from another company. I wasn’t aware that the carbon filter was a tank that would be connected to my water filter.
A few issues here:
1. My warranty is voided for the water softening unit.

2. The first unit they installed was defective, and a bunch of carbon particulates was the first throughout my system. They set my water softener to regenerate where it continuously ran for an hour plus. (Not looking forward to my next water bill.) By the end of this day, one of my toilets started running. There was still plenty of sediment coming out of the sinks, so I purchased water from the store to get through the next 24 hours.

3. They came back the next day to install the new unit to complete the installation. They were supposed to arrive at noon… as I set up an appointment at 2pm. They said it would take 5-10 min to complete the install. They arrived at 1p. I informed them about the toilet running, and their response was that I needed a new toilet b/c of the chlorine issue. I did not have time to really discuss the toilet, so I just wanted them to finish the job so I could make my appt on time. The time ran over to 1:40p..but I needed to leave so I left my garage open so they can finish installing the unit and I went to my appointment.

**4. When I got home, the second toilet was running. I called them to come out. They sent a completely different person. He assessed the situation and called his manager who said the issue was the sediment, from the defective carbon filter caused particles to get lodged (somewhere.) They replaced a few parts i the toilet. I think it was a good thing they called someone to handle the call because initially they were trying to charge me to replace toilets.

Lastly, the evening of the first day, I noticed a whole in my bathroom face bowl. I thought it may have been caused by them possibly pressing on a weak spot, since I did have rust spots at the bottom of the sink. I didn’t see an actual hole until Christian Brothers left. The homeowner was in town approximately a week before and said there was no hole.

I called Christian Brothers and advised of the hole and said there were straight ends on the hole. They called the following day and stated their rep took a pic of the hole and said it was already there.

It dawned on me. This is why this guy kept asking what my plans were with the sinks in both of the bathrooms. He mentioned there was rust. I said I know that there is rust, and that will eventually do a renovation soon. He never mentioned anything about a hole being in the face bowl. I would like to see timestamp pictures to see when this picture was taken. There was a period of time when the second guy left my home for a while why the first guy was in the bathroom I heard some things drop in the face bowl and bathtub. When does second guy came back He tried to get into the door, but could not because it was locked.
The fact that the guy took a picture of the sink, to me, lets me know that he knew that hole wasn’t there before and knew that I was going to call about it. The only work that was supposed to be done is the work in the bathtub and the filter they installed.
Additionally, I’d like to know the time stamped on the photos taken AND how many other areas did they take pictures of.

Why would I lie about a hole being in the sink after having this much work done and paid for their membership. I had positive experiences with this company before and Alfonso and his brother (who fixed the toilets) were great.

I do not plan to use this company again.

Beyond excellent! Joe arrived on time, had the expertise to install a new water heater and go beyond service to offer his appliance know how / explained everything in detail and gave me the best price on a quality new water heater. I trust Christian Brothers for all repair and appliance needs!
