Called on a Monday morning for some thermostat issues. The person who answered my call was friendly and was able to schedule me the same day with a 10 AM to 12 PM window. The technician arrived at 10:10 AM, (amazingly on time) was friendly and courteous. He was able to explain the issue and fixed it within 15 to 20 minutes. Charged the typical service fee. I asked about servicing my AC units while he was here, and the technician was kind enough and honest enough to state that it was too early in the season to do this and would be better waiting another month or two until it warmed up. Not sure other companies would advise someone to hold off on doing a service when the time is more appropriate as opposed to doing it right at that very moment to up-charge a customer. Kudos to their honesty. Second time I’ve used their services and they remain as honest and customer service oriented as the first time.
