Action Air is a business I trust and highly recommend! Our Trane unit was purchased through and installed by Mike 13 years ago, and it has been running great ever since with the recommended tuneups and cleaning (once yearly and reasonably priced). No upselling -- just honest opinions and pride in workmanship! Mike and William just stopped by today because our unit recently began running nonstop, and they diagnosed and quickly fixed a glitch in the circuit board. Mike refused to charge for the call, saying that it was a simple fix and didn't require any new parts. Honest, courteous and professional, with values from a bygone era ... everything we've come to expect from Action Air, and certainly among the reasons they always will have our business.

William was out within a couple of hours from when we called. He was kind, courteous and informative. He got us up and running in no time! We will use Action Air for all of our HVAC needs going forward!

Our AC unit went out. We called Action Air and had a great experience Our technician William came out and explained everything that was going on with our unit. They offered very affordable ways to try and keep our cost down. Our unit was quickly fixed and we are back to enjoying cold AC again.

Action Air answered the phone when I called (not a call service). They were professional, scheduled for the next day and sent a text when they were on their way. We only need more cooling fluid which they charged a fair price for. William our service technician was amazing. After the AC repair I asked about a room that is always warmer than the rest of the house and he had reasonably priced solutions. We will definitely call them when we need HVAC help in the future!

We are so thankful for Action Air Mike! As repeat customers we can attest to Mike’s expertise and swift Action to restore properly cooling Air. Based on his prompt attention & care a couple years ago, we didn’t hesitate to call him yesterday afternoon as the AC unit had rattled & warmed. Mike managed to get us on the schedule the next hour & diagnosed need for a new compressor which he was able to install this morning! He’s pleasant to speak with, dependable, capable, fair and much appreciated.

Mike Hall with Action Air was phenomenal! Our heat pump was still under warranty, and the contractor/company that installed it, quoted us $700 to replace warrantied parts. I called Action Air for a 2nd opinion/quote because they recently replaced our neighbors AC system, and they quoted me $300 for the same job. He said both parts needing replacement were covered by our warranty, so he only charged me for the service call and labor to install the new parts. Action Air just gained a new client for life and our old contractor can lose our phone number. Thank you Mike…it was sincerely a pleasure to meet you!

Wonderful service from William who tuned up my AC for the season and helped with extending the drain line. Not once did he try to sell me anything I did not need and he was thorough and kind with explaining everything. Looked at my vents and told me nothing really needed for functionality which was peace of mind for me. Charge was incredibly inexpensive for what I needed and I wish I had found this company sooner! Highly recommended!

Update 08 15 2025. As always stellar service with super reasonable rates. And NO Upselling!! These guys are amazing and I can happily say I've been using them for years.

Hands down best air conditioner maintenance place I've had a pleasure of working with. I have utilized them two times now. The first time when my AC went out I was told by two other places I needed to replace my whole unit. They fixed it by replacing the blower motor. The second time it went out on a Wednesday night. They were here Thursday morning and had it fixed within the hour. They're honest, fair, priced and extremely knowledgeable.

William was amazing! I want to thank you for coming out the same day I called. I immediately felt at ease once William arrived. He fixed my problem and was honest, and courteous. I highly recommend Action Air and will use them going forward.

From the first contact through to completion of our new Trane packaged heat pump installation, we couldn't be happier with our choice of Action Air! Mike and William took excellent care of us, gave us a couple of options to replace our 18 year-old unit, did not pressure us in any way, provided more than fair pricing with no push at all for extended warranties or maintenance agreements. They answered all our questions, remained in contact, and followed through with everything we agreed to. Came home from vacation to no AC. Action Air was highly recommended by my neighbor and they didn’t disappoint! Mike and his crew took care of the issue the next day. Explained everything well and we were back in the cool in no time for a very reasonable price. If you have an HVAC issue, you are going to want this outfit in your contacts list.

Excellent and timely! I found that my condensation line was leaking into a closet and called Action Air. That called was 10:55 AM. Their technician, William, came out and made the repair and was done by 12:15! In addition to the super quick response time, he worked efficiently and was extremely polite and respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend and use their service again!

Mike is amazing, direct and won’t sell you more than you need. I got several quotes from other companies that were trying to up-sell me bigger systems than I needed. Their quotes were outrageous and they tried scaring me, making me think system would not last through the summer. Mike came over and suggested I wait till the summer was over to replace my system, because he was certain it would last. He was honest and told me exactly what I needed to do. He gave me a great price, honored the previous quote, even though some time had passed.
Today he showed up to install exactly when he said he would be here, got the job done quickly and it was cleaner when he left than when he got here. I will scream his name from the rooftops!
