What a horrible company. When they called me to set up an appointment, they said they would have an opening the next day. I asked them if I could call back and schedule I was sure I knew my schedule to have them come out. I was going to call them the next day after work, but instead I got a call during work, and they were at my house. No warning about it. The tech seemed pretty upset that there was nobody home at this time I had no idea about ahead of time.

I eventually set up an appointment for them, and they did not show up, nor did they ever call me to say it was cancelled, or try to reschedule.

Uzzy did an outstanding job on my A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend Cooling Kings!

Their prices were fair and they provided quality work with supportive knowledge, before and after pictures, but most importantly did not leave until we were satisfied. Thanks Frank and crew! The service of Frank and his team at Cooling Kings Mechanical was outstanding. The friendly and experienced crew was on time and work quickly to remove our old unit and install the new one. They took time to answer all our questions both before and after installation. I would highly recommend Cooling Kings! We are enjoying a cool house in spite of 119° temps and the unit isn't running continually like our old one.

Cooling Kings put in my new AC system in 2016 and then recently serviced my system because a motor went out. They got out there the day I called; they had to track down a part, and then fixed it the next day. Warranty even covered the parts!
