Terry was great to work with, he came out and assessed my issue quickly and was able to get the AC issue fixed quick. It was an AC Emergency Service, so they came out in the middle of the night. Really impressed with this company.

The owner Charles got back to me within minutes at 8:30 at night and had Victor out here the next morning . Victor had pictures and videos ready and handy to show and I was working so took his time to give me options and a full detailed description of what was going on with my system and how to handle the options . He was back the next morning with the manufacturer para going thru my warranty and had us back up and running . Absolutely amazing

I needed an AC vent in my walk-in pantry it was just too warm in the summer months. The technicians were able to install the vent in the estimated time and cost.

This company went above and beyond in service and expertise, they were helpful every step of the way, and we now are back with A/C. The group at Aire Serv of E Glendale, were honest and did extra work to make sure we had the right size unit, even if it meant a smaller one which could be just as efficient for our home. This company exemplified they are for the customer, not only just their own pockets! They adjusted to our schedule, were friendly and adaptable to our large family.

I went on Angie's List to look for Mini Split purchase/installation bids. I received 9 bids from all over the Valley. Aire Serv of E Glendale-Peoria was the absolute best bid by far. The guys showed up and did an outstanding job. They DON'T try to sell you something you don't need. They're honest and hardworking. Victor, Lyle and Steven were great guys and are welcome anytime in my home. They also have a 2 visit yearly plan that saves you 15% on any items you need replaced as well as the maintenance. It's hard to find people that are this honest and trustworthy. You really should try them out and see for yourself.

Rental unit A/C Heat down @ 2:30pm. Called AireServe of East Gendale and Peroia. A real peson answered gathered the needed information, located a technician in the field, for service by days end. Technician called while in route to share approximate arrival time. Unit inspected, repaired and operational. But it gets better.
