The tech left the light on in our attic each time he's came out. After completing the job he left I had no clue either if the heater was repaired or not. Thankfully it was repaired. Bad communication.

This company was used for a home warranty claim. They came out to diagnose the issue. They could not figure out what was going on. They said they would be back the next day. That has been over a week. No response to any of my inquiries and no call back.

Other companies came to fix my AC system and left saying it can't be fix, and I ask for another opinion and they sent Americas Pride cooling and Heating and they got the job done by the time I turn around. That was amazing. Thank you!

Called 9 times. Left voicemail. 4 days later no return calls. No wonder there's so many one star reviews. This company was contracted by my home warranty company One Guard..... they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either.

Had them come out to fix our A/C. Long story short, there was mis communication between them and the home warranty company. Eventually the owner was able to get it straightened up and had his guys out to repair our A/C when the part arrived.

America’s Pride HVAC is excellent at providing all services for your air conditioning system and heating unit. The technician that performed my annual pre-season tune-up, Jeo, was here when scheduled, got right to his business on my roof and answered all of my questions, explaining things clearly and simple.
