I had a great experience with Icicle Air, even in a tough situation. I called and within an hour Bryan was at my house to troubleshoot my AC. He quickly found that the compressor was bad. We talked about whether it made sense to repair or replace the whole unit, and I appreciated that he was very informative and not pushy about selling me a new system. Since the rest of the unit was in good shape, I decided to just replace the compressor.

The next day Bryan and another tech came out to install it, but unfortunately the replacement compressor turned out to be faulty. Bryan was upfront about the issue, apologized for the delay, and went to get another one. After installing the second compressor, he discovered that the original problem was caused by a failed TXV valve. Normally that’s a much more expensive repair, but he gave me a big discount to help make up for the hassle.

Even though it ended up being a longer repair than expected, Bryan kept me informed every step of the way, was honest about what was happening, and earned my trust. He even called me the next day to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly.

Overall, I felt taken care of, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Icicle Air again. It was a good experience in a bad situation, and I’m glad I went with them.

The fan in our A/C went completely out, and after calling multiple places and leaving voice-mails we came across the ad for Icicle Air and when we called we finally got someone to answer immediately! Same day we had Bryan come out, look at our unit and give a quote. Bryan was fast, efficient, kind and went above and beyond for us multiple times. When it came to doing the insulation in our attic he also did that amazingly as well.. we haven't had to turn on our heat at all this winter and fall because the insulation helped hold the heat in our home. The entire experience with Bryan was just all around amazing. We have found our permanent A/C company for any need we may have in the future and we couldn't be happier with our new unit and our new A/C guy! Thank you Bryan! Icicle Air came out to my film studio in Glendale, AZ. They repaired our mini-split that has a seized fan. Bryan was on time, VERY well educated and didn't sell us anything we didn't need. Icicle air is amazing and we will certainly call them anytime we need anything!

Pro Solutions Air should be your ac company!! They showed up earlier then promised, which is great when it’s hot and your ac isn’t working! They got the ac working again fast. They were professional and honest with fair pricing! This is a company that builds relationships! I highly recommend them!
