10/10 can't recommend enough. Bryan is incredible, knowledgeable, and really takes care of his clients. I had him come out because my unit stopped working and turns out it was a minor issue. He walked me through the entire process and explained why he was looking at what he was looking at and truthfully was a godsend. I will say if you EVER have a problem with your AC unit or are looking for a company to work with to replace your AC there is no better place than Icicle Air.

This guy is amazing. The second he got on the property he started working, diagnosed every condenser. He worked out all possible solutions and even got me a bid, while he was there. An amazing gentleman to work with. My family also felt safe around him, that's an add plus, I felt like I didn't need to be there at all. He is honest.

The more elaborate details:
We had a 3 year old unit on our pitched roof. Between the cost of repairs and the reluctance from techs about climbing on a pitched roof, we were getting frustrated on receiving constant servicing and just a unit that will run straight through the year.
We were sure at this point we had a lemon unit and that maybe it was not installed properly by the original company we used.

After some quotes and referrals, I called Icicle Air and worked with Bryan and Marianne who were very invested in our situation especially in the middle of summer.

Bryan showed up the next day , got on our pitched roof with my husband and gave his professional opinions, giving us two options: replace a major part ( the compressor) or replace the unit especially since the life cycle of this unit was grim.

We opted for the new unit and he had us on our way, showed up to measure and scheduled a time for install. We had a new HVAC unit up in a week from my initial call. During the replacement, he showed us the issues with previous install and how and why it wore away the unit. He is very knowledgeable in this field and it was apparent.

Marianne is the Oracle to the Batman ( IYKYK ) She gets all your appointments, warranties and communication aligned. She will spend whatever time is needed to walk you though any questions you may have on their services.

This is the 4th HVAC company we utilized since we installed that 3 yr old unit and hands down the best service we've received. Just great people in general. Highly recommend Icicle Air!

Bryon Didn’t outstanding job went way beyond, duty spent extra hours, making sure it was done, right check in with me every so often to see how I was feeling with it, showing the different moves that he made and ready. The air conditioner I would rate him one of your highest employees thank you for sending Brian to me and replacing my air conditioning unit.

After calling multiple companies who wanted to price gauge Me just to come diagnose the problem I was having with my AC . I called Bryan, he came in a couple of hours diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot… free of charge since it was a really simple fix. He gave me some pointers on lowering my monthly electric bill and recommended new units that can also save me money in the long run since my unit is almost 20 years old. This is the absolute best HVAC company I have ever used! Both Bryan and his wife are very caring and professional. Bryan went above and beyond to fix my air conditioner when it broke, and it was 112 degrees out. Pricing was very fair and he was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Icicle Air highly!

This was such a pleasant experience. Both Marianne and Bryan were both very personable! He explained everything so we could make an educated decision on which option suited our budget and what unit would be the best outcome for us. He immediately got us temporarily up and running giving us comfort while we arranged scheduling for the following week to receive the new unit.
