Came by and performed seasonal maintenance on 2 AC units. Showed up on time was respectful of home and provided good service for a good price. Afterwards, tried replacing one of the thermostats as the Google Nest was giving us issues and the one I purchased to replace it an Amazon Thermostat didn't work. We asked him to stop and double check the wiring, came by said everything was good so we replaced it with a Sensi and it worked. He didn't charge to stop by the second time. Appreciate the time and effort from this guy. Highly recommend.

My daughter's air conditioner stopped working. She found Daniel's Heating and A/C llc and thought they might be a good company to call. She called me after he left to tell me her experience. Sarkis came out the same day. He was very professional, knowledgeable and she said he went above and beyond in getting her unit working again. She also said she was pleased with what she was charged considering the thorough job he did and the time he was there. Since I was thinking about getting maintenance on my unit I decided to call that evening for an appointment. He came the next day. He really was extremely thorough, he did the best maintenance I have ever had. It is so hard these days to find a company that is so conscientious in ALL they do. Absolutely amazed! They were out here and had my AC unit back up and running within an hour and a half from the original phone call. Sarkis was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain not only what was wrong but how it most likely failed in the first place. I will definitely be using Daniels Heating and A/C for my next issue. Highly recommend.

Amazing work!! Can’t say enough good things about Sarkis who came out to our house to replace our thermostat. He was able to come out and do the job within 1 hour of our project request. Sarkis came to our home and inspected our ac unit. He found a leak and was able to fix it in minutes. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area. Very honest and very reasonable. Will definitely be in touch with him for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Sarkis is very knowledgeable, fair and professional. And arrives on time. I'm a female and live alone. Sarkis was a gentleman and I felt safe with him in my home. I tried to pay him extra momey for a couple eletrical outlets that needed to be changed that were not part of the air conditioning system, he politely declined the money and said he was happy to help me. He fixed my air conditioner, added freon and installed a thermostat. Excellent work!! I will always have Sarkis work on my HVAC.

Sarkis was professional, patient, hard working, and knowledgeable. Additionally, he came out on zero notice to get our AC operational, when it was expected to be a quick turnaround. Sarkis was able to help us with our AC unit same day! He was very knowledgeable and kind. He fixed our problem, and helped us with a couple of extras like changing the filter and installing a power line to our new nest thermostat.
