Freddy is extremely professional and reliable. He came out, inspected my AC gave me very detailed descriptions of how my unit is working and what I can do for it to work best this summer. His honesty was so refreshing and genuine. I am grateful to have found him and will use him for all my heating and cooling needs from this day forward.

Freddy's ac was very professional. Very straight forward no bs. Very reasonable pricing and fast service. Would use them again highly recommend them for any one who is having ac issues.

Finally turned on heater and well nothing so found Freddy's. He came out within hr of calling him, mind you we are all the way out in tonopah, fixed us up very quick and reasonably priced highly recommend his services!

After many releveling of the unit seem to be fine now.

March 2025
New unit was installed in March. Payne Hvac unit. Water condensation drain issues, with main and secondary line.. still needs to be resolved.. this Payne has been a big pain..

December 2023 -
Had a trouble filing a claim with my warranty service with Home Warranty of America.
Freddy was recommended by a numerous colleagues. Was speedy with my service request, had the parts ready, repairs done on the same visit, and very informative, honest and fairly priced.
Also Freddy confirmed that my denied claim with HWA should have been covered..

It's the hottest day of the year and your HVAC takes a dump on you? Only one person I would EVER call. Jack Gunnell and his team. Nothing to even think about! Honest and trustworthy, fair and only the BEST workmanship. You can keep all the big name HVAC shops. Jack's been in business for many years in the valley and he's not going anywhere (Thank God). Plus the way he treats his clients is the same way he treats his employees. That's why he's got Mike Spicer as his lead foreman and this guy knows his stuff. I don't usually do reviews but this one is a definite. Call Jack! You'll be happy you did!!

Optimum Air LLC is a good HVAC outfit. My insurance company assigned Optimum to troubleshoot and repair my AC. They never completed the repair because the claim was denied. So, I can't say how their corrective action would have turned out.

Home warranty company originally sent me another company and they were horrible. Tony came out today with Fernando and they were great and they figured it out and my house is already coming down. So they figured out what another technician could not figure out or did not want to take the time to figure out. Much more personable and you can tell they respect your property and you as a customer. Thank you guys.

The woman "Tania" who answers the phone is incredibly rude and lied to me on multiple occasions. After being called and told my new unit would be installed this weekend, confirmed twice, she called and said they didn't have the unit. DO NOT USE THEM.

I had Fresh Air Duct come out for a high ceiling air duct cleaning, and I’m honestly impressed. The job wasn’t simple at all, but the team handled it like pros. They brought the right equipment, worked safely at height, and made sure every vent was properly cleaned.

You can actually feel the difference in the air quality after the service. They were on time, respectful, and left everything clean behind them.

Highly recommend Fresh Air Duct if you need a serious, professional air duct cleaning—especially for high or hard-to-reach areas.
