They were prompt and on time, the reason I gave a 2 star rating. However; the main guy, James, was very rude. Instead of listening to the actual problem and letting us explain he did the typical contractor thing where he knows all and we can't possibly know anything. After he jumped to conclusion (the wrong one at that) and left, I researched YouTube and found the answer. There was actually an installation issue with my appliance and he overlooked it completely. After a few days of using the appliance with the correct installation done by us, everything works great. I would find another company if you're looking for real solutions.

Great experience from start to finish. I received the promised call on the day of my scheduled service appointment, and well within the promised time range, telling me he was on his way. He checked out my broken microwave and quickly figured out what part needed replacing. He had that very part with him (yay!), and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He was kind, courteous, friendly, and professional. I hope my home warranty company assigns them to me again the next time I need appliance repairs.
