Freddy did an awesome job fixing my nest. A previous electrician had wired it incorrectly so I had no heat option. But Freddy solved the problem, was very kind, honest and reasonably priced! I’ll definitely call him again if I have a thermostat or HVAC issue!

These guys are top class! They conduct themselves in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance with AC issues. I was afraid I was going to be taken for a ride. My experience with this company was totally the opposite. Freddy, our AC Technicia, after assessing the issue with my AC unit, I feel he was honest about it, and focused only on helping me fix the problem. We can’t thank Freddy enough. Last week our AC was not working and the next morning we scrambled to call AC repair services since we have a newborn and she’s used to having her room cool. We ended up having 3-4 guys come at the same time. Freddy was the first one there and last one to leave. He did not try to sell us BS stories like the others and was available to repair our compressor the same day! NWe went with him and so glad we did. He sent one of his guys later that morning and it was fixed in the afternoon. The next day Freddy himself came to check on the AC. Talk about follow-up. Will definitely use Freddy again!

Freddy came out and took a look at my A/C unit. Didn't find anything wrong with the A/C unit, This was in late August, on a Saturday, around 2:30 pm and wouldn't take any money for his service. So, I have to give him a 5 star rating. Thank You !!!

I reached out to Freddy's around 8pm. My AC stopped working and only the fan was coming on. I originally told him that I may need some AC maintenance, because my AC has been inconsistent as of late. Freddy responded promptly and asked if the AC needed maintenance or if it just wasn't working all together. I let him know that it actually wasn't working and that it randomly stopped working about an hour before I reached out to him.

He let me know that he had to go to a job in Flagstaff, but if I was available he could stop by to check it out. I was ecstatic and quickly said yes, please stop by. Freddy arrived about 15 minutes later and got right down to business. He found out why my AC wasn't working, he had the replacement part on hand and fixed it quickly. I was amazed, thankful and just happy that he charged my a lot less than I thought I would've paid.

Didn’t try to upsell me a new unit even though my ac is 15 years old. Came out two days later to do the repair and did it in an hour. Ac is running great now.
