The name says it all. 100% Plumbing and from my first phone call until my job completion I was blown away with their courtesy, professionalism and Integrity! The people were simply outstanding from their communication (both text and phone calls) regarding arrival times, scope of work to be performed, and the amount of time the job would take were incredible. These folks answered every question I had during the process and as well provided me with photos of before and after shots. They worked extremely clean and as well were precise on their clean up when the job was done. The slab leak we had here in our home was certainly a difficult job, a surgery of sorts involving the openings of interior walls and the rerouting of copper pipes in so that our leak was no more and everything was 100% verified and tested a multiple of times with me to ensure our satisfaction and peace of mind were met. Mr. Mckinley is above and beyond the most professional person I have ever met, his staff as well that worked with him were equally as top notch. Please ask for him and I can guarantee you that you will be 110% satisfied with 100% plumbing and his honesty in doing what's right for you!

Brett did fantastic work on the prior owner's janky DIY job on our leaky outdoor faucets and misplaced P trap under our kitchen sink. He was kind, considerate of our crazy dog who freaks out about men in baseball caps, and cleaned up well all around his work areas. We really appreciate him & his efforts!

I needed a new gas water heater. Two installers came, super nice guys and professional. They had to do some extra work, but didn't charge for it. The quality was excellent, and they cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess. They also came in at a fourth of the cost of competitors. I will definitely hire them again!

We asked for a leak detection and the associate was here in less than an hour. Thorough assessment was done, leak located and repair suggested. There was no extra, unnecessary charge or additional mess. I'm very happy with the service and promptness of the associate. I would highly recommend.

Hi, my name is Tammy Timmons and I am writing this for work that was done for Elaine Masters. She called your company on Wednesday to schedule an appointment due to being notified by the City of Glendale regarding high water usage.
Jake Haney showed up to look at the yard and found the leak immediately. He was able to quote her a price right there and have the work started immediately due to her water being shut off.
He then sent a worker by the name of Chris Goodall and Kevin Simmons.
They took over the job , and she also ending up getting a kitchen faucet, toilet and another new faucet in her bathroom. Chris and Kevin were unbelievably awesome. The most kindest workers. Chris was exceptionally special. He took extra time to fix underneath my sink and to ensure I had hooked up to my new garbage disposal and dishwasher.
Chris also changed a light bulb for me that there was no way I could have even done.
I want to thank all three of your workers.

Called the day after Christmas, our water heater sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. Mike arrived within a hour of the call, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Job was done quickly and the quality seems great. Thanks!

This company is top notch! They are professional, efficient, helpful, and patient. Nate came to fix a leaking pipe by the walkway and had to deal with Rose Valley Water (who said they would replace a broken shut off valve “when they felt like it”.) Somehow, Nate was able to replace the broken pipe while the valve was broken… and remained professional the entire time! He deserves a raise! I will never use any other plumber ever again! Highly, highly recommend this company.

We heard a noise in the garage and found that it was a leaking pipe, in the wall (sheet rock). My wife called the insurance company and they told her, "If the bill is less than 4-5 thousand dollars, you are better off to pay it." My wife found 100% Plumbers and I looked them up on Ai. It said "Yes, 100% Plumbers is highly regarded, consistently maintaing 5 Stars, and BBB accredited. Emergency support 24/7, Fair prices, Honest". So, my Wife called them and Levi came within the hour. He is a nice professional guy. He took pictures and explained exactly what he was going to do, then he showed us what he had done. Very clean job! Then my Wife said well, we have a few other things if you have the time... Levi said ok, lets take a look. There were 3 more things for him to fix (2 were not to easy). Levi said I can do that right now if you would like. If I need help I can just call the office. He did the jobs himself and showed us each time he finished. Always a clean job and a smile! Ok, I don't think I can tell you in dollars but 100% Plumbers charged about as much as the last few plumbers have charged me for one repair. I would give them a 6 or 7 Stars. I immediately put 100% 's data in my phone and dumped the others!

I found my shutoff valves to my washer and dryer were seeping after I disconnected the hoses so I called 100% Plumbing and asked if (Nate, who works west valley) was available and he was, only after he finished working on a hose reroute for an under the house slab leak…. I had worked with Nate a few months earlier (an awesome plumber, highly recommend him) on a leak that ended up being in the center of my dining room wall. Both repairs involved cutting a bit of drywall to get to the leak to properly repair the leak. Copper pipe and solder were used to replace the bad section in the wall and in today’s case, the old shut off valves were cut out and two new shutoff valves attached to new copper tubing were soldered in. These new valves are now replaceable by the me if they fail again!! Note: he does not repair the drywall, that is on you or your drywaller.

We are 100% satisfied with 100% Plumbing. Scheduled an appointment for the next day between 9 and 11 AM. Nate showed up exactly at 9 AM. Scheduled the appointment online and got regular text messages about status. Repair was done professionally, accurately, and timely. Price was very fair. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!

I realize my toilet was cracked and had a slight leak in it I called 100% Plumbing the next morning and within two hours somebody was at my door to fix it. They were respectful and kind it only took them about 30 minutes to replace the toilet they were clean and And fast. I would Refer and recommend 100% Plumbing Anyone in need of plumbing service.

Very good service. Mike is very professional and honest. He came to my house and carefully checked the water heater. He told me the valve is still under warranty and called the heater company and went to get it for me. Before I contacted Mike, I called the other 2 companies and they asked me to replace a new heater. The price is insane. Mike is different and he found the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend Mike and 100% plumbing.

My sink had a leak overnight. 100% Plumbing came out and diagnosed the issue the same day, let me know my less expensive options (buying my own part, installing myself, etc), and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I ended up fixing the issue myself, but I had such a great experience with this company, I’ll be sure to use them again!

Excellent service, excellent quality workmanship. They are honest and trustworthy which is an extreme value in the plumbing profession. I have had some not great experiences and did a lot of research before I had my main replaced. Based on what I would say a a good deal of knowledge I highly recommend 100% plumbing and would not think about going somewhere else for anything in the future.
