Quick Response. Brandon did a lot of work at a reasonable cost. He answered my questions explained and showed me what he was doing and why it was necessary. Then they followed up a few days later to inspect and make sure there were no issues.

As always, William did a stellar job for me., he's knowledgeable, efficient and does quality work.

Instant Plumbing and Rooter is the way to go! William came to inspect some sounds inside our walls and found a hot water slab leak! He was very knowledgeable on what the next steps were and how to go about it. William and Brandon came back to fix the leak, reroute a new line and install a water heater all in the same day! They were very professional and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Jesse was great! Courteous and professional. He walked us through the process of replacing our sink and faucet. He had to make some unforeseen adjustments but completed the job perfectly. We’re very happy with their services and our new sink and faucet!

The work done by the Instant Plumbing team was most excellent. I have a 90+ year old house that had a series of technologies that had converged over time into one majorly problematic area. They were able to come in and quickly assess the situation and devise a solution that made my plumbing situation safe and functional. They were able to get all the necessary transitions in place to make the most of my irregular plumbing setup without creating extra unnecessary work or expense. The work they did looks fantastic. Technicians were very friendly and got the job done in the timeframes promised. If you need someone who will get to the root of the problem and not just put a band-aid on an existing disaster, these are the guys to call!

William was our service tech. Timely, very polite, represented your company well. Pricing seems high so I indicated on survey “not certain” of reasonableness. I’ll check with another source for comparison.

Started the morning out with a broken water line in the bathroom behind the toilet. Had to immediately shut the water off to the entire house to stop the flooding before it caused a large amount of damage. Needed a plumber right away so we could restore service to the rest of the house. Called Instant plumbing and they answered the phone right away. No voicemail. I explained my problem and Shawn was on it right away seeing what truck they had in my area of Scottsdale. They had one who was just finishing another job so they were to my home very quickly. Immediately identified the broken line to the bathroom toilet. Replaced it with a new stronger line. Then they did some tests to identify any other issues and discovered the PRV valve was broke and stuck at 100psi which is way too much and has been causing problems with the irrigation system. William did not have the part on his truck as it was a unusual large size so he immediately went to the plumbing parts store and got what he needed to do the repair and did so in a timely manner. After 3-4 hours with no water we were back in business. Great response time and very nice people. Thank you.

We called Instant Plumbing and rooter when on a Friday before we were headed out of town, we noticed our solar water heater was leaking and water was seeping out. Within a few hours of calling Instant plumbing and rooter they were at my house providing me options to replace my 6 year old Solar water heater. We chose to go with a Rude heat pump style heater as it seemed very high tech and safe to use with water leakage sensors (we have had our 2 previous water heater leak with one causing a flood in the home) When our water heater is located inside the home in the laundry room, safety of water detectage is a huge factor. The new water heater looks great and seems to be very efficient, we can even control the settings from our phone. I would always recommend Instant Plumbing and rooter for all of you plumbing needs.

7/8/21- Once again we called Instant plumbing and Rooter LLC as my under sink shut off in the kitchen needed replaced.. William replaced the hot & cold valves and ran all new plumbing. While he was here, I asked him to install our new kitchen Sink & Faucet as I had been waiting to get it installed so this was the opportune time... William did a beautiful job I would highly reccomend them for all of your plumbing needs

Everyone I interacted with, from the phone staff to the plumbers, were exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, easy to work with, and highly competent in their craft. They also have a top-notch communication system that sends out text confirmation/reminders of appointments and lets you know when the plumbers are on their way to your house. Great experience all the way around.

We had an interesting and complicated repair on a broken tub drain. The access was "impossible" without digging through tile, up through the floor, and or removing the cast iron tub. These guys, William and Ethan did an unbelievable job--opening up a kitchen cupboard, crawling in and opening up the wall and making the repair. The photos they took, the time and effort was amazing, and I was so impressed with their courtesy, skill, confident, clean-up, and everything!! Would highly recommend them to one and all. The plumber arrived just when the dispatcher said he would. He was polite, identified the problem, told me what it would cost, and repaired the problem quickly. He checked other things I asked him to look at and let me know his recommendations, without trying to “sell” me. I was very pleased with this plumber, and highly recommend him.

Will use Instant Plumbing again and they came quickly to fix a leak in my pipe. They were friendly and very knowledgeable double checking everything before leaving.
