I'm very happy with the work and how professional Kay's Plumbing is. They were able to come out the next day from initial call to replace my broken toilet. I also appreciate that they send you a text with a pic of your tech 30 min prior to them coming out so you can see who’s coming to do the work. Kyle and Justin are very professional and did an excellent job answering any questions or concerns I had.

My water heater went out and I was almost ready to panic. At least it happened in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. I called Kay's Plumbing and they were able to replace my old water heater with a better one that was actually up to code. It looks great and I feel confident. Everything from SOFT WATER systems (moved), RO SYSTEMS, GARBAGE DISPOSAL installations, INSIDE & OUTSIDE FAUCET FITTINGS, & Bath/Kitchen FAUCETS & FITTINGS. Each and every time has been a consistent & thorough service and VERY PROFESSIONAL in every way. They gave comprehensive operational instructions as well WHEN NEEDED. Every question I asked they were able to explain to me in layman terms to my SATISFACTION. Coming NEXT is a complete shower makeover to include a Rain head, Body sprays, & Handheld shower too! Had a small leak coming from our main water line. We had a few different companies provide quotes however much more then we were anticipating to spend. We were referred by our neighbor and wouldn't turn back. Justin was knowledgeable and worked quickly. Very friendly and answered all of our questions. Will work with them again.
