I called Instant Plumbing for a leak we had in our living room suspecting it was coming from our Master Bath upstairs. They were able to come that same day and early enough for us to still make a previous engagement we had. They arrived, determined the problem and had it fixed in no time. This is the second time we had to call Instant Plumbing to repair different complicated leaking phiroblems. They were so quick to analyze and resolve our issues with courtesy and cleanup. I will call them again, without hesitation, if I have any other plumbing concerns. They are the best!

We had a drain pipe blockage cause a back up onto our laundry floor and kitchen sink. I called Instant Plumbing at 4pm on a Friday, and Jesse showed up within 20 minutes of my call. 10 minutes later, our pipes were clear and draining properly! Jesse was efficient, clean, professional, and a very pleasant man. He also recommended a preventative treatment to prevent blockages in the future! We will use this company again!

We have used Instant Plumbing several times between our primary residence and our rental property. We met them through our General Contractor during a major remodel project. Since then, they continue to be our go-to plumber for all our various issues. Tonight - we had an emergency backup that was flooding our new wood floors.

We called and within the hour on a Wednesday evening they were here. William (the owner) quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. His price was more than reasonable, and we always know he does quality work. We can't recommend them highly enough. I will continue to tell people to give them a try.

We had an amazing experience with this company after being stood up by the first plumbing company we called. Not only were they able to see us the same day but they arrived within a couple hours of calling. I believe William Moore was the tech that was sent out. He did a fantastic job. Replaced our entire hot water tank quickly. He was very nice and professional! We are really pleased with the service we received. We had a drain back up in our laundry room. Jesse showed up 20 minutes after we called and had the drain clear within about 10 minutes. He also recommended a good preventative drain treatment to keep the blockages from forming. He was fast, professional, and a very pleasant man! We will this company again!

Cannot say enough about our experience with Instant Plumbing. Super responsive and made sure they communicated every step of the way and even sent text when they were on their way. We had a complete shower redone so they had to come out before and after the tile work to do everything.

I noticed a leak coming from our kitchen faucet in the morning. I called Instant Plumbing within the hour. They scheduled me for a next day appt. Thankfully, I got a call a couple hours later saying that they could come out that day. Patrick came by and checked out the leak and to diagnose where it was coming from. Although the leak was somewhat a mystery, he figured out what may have been the probable cause and fixed it within the hour or two. Once he repaired the faucet and sink, he cleaned up and made sure to answer any questions I had. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any one else.

My wife and I had been experiencing an on again off again smell from both our bathrooms for awhile. So I called Instant Plumbing again and they were able to send out a technician by the next morning. Brandon arrived on time. I explained what we had been experiencing and he proceeded to diagnose both bathroom issues within a matter of 15 minutes or so. He spent a considerable amount of time making sure I understood the causes and working to resolve those issues. I appreciated his listening ear, thoughtful diagnosis, and professional demeanor. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! All reasons why I recommend Instant Plumbing to family and friends!

I called Instant Plumbing early in the morning to see how long it would take to get a technician to look at my water heater. They were able to get me scheduled in the same afternoon. Jesse came and diagnosed potential problems. He gave me a price up front and completed work quickly. Jesse was very professional and showed me what needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Instant Plumbing and will have them back if needed.

When Instant Plumbing & Rooter arrived to address my leak I was told that my NuvoH2O system had a crack in it and if I called the company I could get it replaced under warranty. When the replacement arrived a week later, Instant Plumbing came back and quickly installed it. Everything about this company impressed me...it was quick & easy it was to make an appointment, they came to my house the same day, they were on-time for both appointments, and everyone was friendly. Great company!

William and Matt were friendly, professional, and timely. They did a terrific job with a complicated “this old house” repair and were very responsive to detailed requests. They also took great care with protecting the fixtures and tile flooring and cleanliness during and after completion. I will hire them again with any plumbing needs I have!
