Brandon came out to remove and replace my shower cartridge and my leaky hose bib. He did a thorough and fantastic job! I have used Instant Plumbing service at least 7 times. Every single time they’ve come out it has been Professional and they are all knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with Instant Plumbing service.

Right at the first introduction to the Crew doing the job I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to cleanliness. Both of them actually wiped their shoe soles on my welcome mat to make sure their shoes were clean prior to entering the house. They did this every time they came into the house! They took great care in describing the process and what it would cost and treated my house as if it was their own. I was absolutely floored because the company we had called prior to them was such a disaster. This new crew came in, assessed the plan, articulated the plan to me very clearly and what it would cost, and then I gave them the obvious go ahead to proceed. I was amazed how they did everything with such attention to detail and efficiency and with such little damage to the house and components of the bathroom that they were working on. It was like observing ian operating room at a hospital! William was amazing in his description of what the process would look like and it was relieving to find out that this person actually cared about the work he was doing and not just trying to get paid. He calmly explained the process answering every concern and question I had and was dead on in every regard. Once the job was complete, he asked if he could continue to analyze my home with a water pressure test and a water heater inspection. I was again completely blown away by their motivation to make sure everything was good with not only the problem that they addressed, but maybe future problems. I have a new Plumber! These guys are the best and I cannot emphasize enough how much I can recommend them. Five stars is just not enough! My wife and I are so relieved we got so lucky finding them and keep talking about how completely amazingly positive this whole experience was. By the way, it cost me 1/3 of what the other company wanted to charge for the same job and we didn’t have to re-tile the shower floor or rip out the vanity to get the job done as they suggested.
