I love working with Bumble Bee Home Services! My phone calls are always answered by a friendly live agent (not AI). I was able to schedule an appointment the same day that I called. This company is very communicative: checking in with me before my service appointment, explaining everything to me during the service call, and following up after the service. They provide service options as well as payment options, if needed. The plumbing work was completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company!

I had Jason come and work on my HVAC system and he was super flexible with my schedule. Once we got it situated he was thorough, kind, and informative. He wasn’t pushy at all with trying to sell anything, he simply wanted to make sure I knew what was going on. He’s one of the many reasons we’ll stick with Bumble Bee.

Highly recommend Bumble Bee Home Services. Bill and Michael came to give a diagnosis on my water heater. They were kind and thorough. Offered to cover their shoes before coming into my home. Bill also cleaned my bathroom sink because it was very slow. It's good as new. 5 stars!

Our 2 yr old Big-Box water heater sprung a major leak and was spraying water everywhere, flooding our garage. Bill from Bumble Bee was able to come out SAME DAY (a Saturday, mind you) and take care of us. He hooked us up with a professional grade water heater within hours. We also signed up for their service package to ensure our plumbing, A/C, and electrical systems are operational with periodic service calls. Bill was so helpful, knowledgeable, and a real delight to work with!

Bumble Bee was a great recommendation from a friend and they came through for us. Dylan fixed some supply line problems and installed faucets and drains. They provided super fast service, much appreciated since our water was off. Everything was done with care and excellence.

After 20 years of day to day wear our drain lines were in desperate need of cleaning. With the assistance of Adrian, Mason, Grant and Cameron the job was done beyond our satisfaction. All four did a great job respecting our house while walking in and out to accomplish what needed to be done. They showed us everything along the way so we could make an informed decision. After they finished everything was cleaned up nicely. Communication was fanatastic. If you have plumbing issues we highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing.

We also had Bumble Bee do a heating and cooling inspection. Nathan and Jason did an amazing job. They located an issue from our installation of a new cooling system two years ago. They did a great job photographing and documenting all the system checks, which will aid us when asking the previous company to resolve their defective work.

I had Electrical part of Bumble Bee done for me . They explained what all they had to do today and was on time, and I’m happy with all they did. Each item was checked before they left to make sure that it was to my satisfaction. I’ve been pleased with Bumble Bee for plumbing in my two homes we owned first one company only had plumbing. And now used their program for plumbing and electrical for the second home. All workers have always been polite,prompt, and done a great job .

Charlie is the best! He came out to replace our water. The dude is literally Superman. He threw our old 50 gallon water heater over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes and carried it down a flight a stairs. He then proceeded to carry the new water heater on his back to our second story unit. He is a super knowledgeable and friendly guy. He definitely went above and beyond to help us with all of our issues. I highly recommend Charlie and Bumble Bee Plumbing!

Our plugged kitchen sink ended up being a larger issue requiring three visits from Bumble Bee. Everyone from the dispatcher to the estimator to the technicians was prompt, informative, and courteous. Jesse educated us well on the options and what would happen with each alternative. He answered everyone of my husband's thousand and one questions patiently and thoroughly. We will gladly use them again!

They’ve always been super responsive and helpful fixing my issues in a 99 year old home. Always come same day and have a nice package for a monthly membership that’s reasonable. Shout out to bill for helping me in my most recent time of need! Plus everyone is super genuine and friendly. I’ve also had axel come out to take a look at my hvac and he was very nice to work with.

Anthony is so kind, considerate and he really puts thought into what he does. I had a water main replaced a couple years ago. I finally needed to use the hose bib at the front of the house and realized they placed some of the pipes right at the hose bib so I was not able to attach a hose and use it. He came and extended that pipe and placed an attachment so if I ever need to replace it, it would be easy for me to. Thank you so much, Anthony! Kojak was glad you came by also!! :)

We needed a new, gas water heater on a Saturday. Bill with Bumble Bee came out same day and was able to swap out a new heater, installing new parts and even fixed a sink in the house while he was there. He was professional and friendly and worked efficiently. We signed up for their monthly membership because we were so impressed and happy with Bill and Bumble Bee.

I recently discovered a pipe leaking at my house and decided to try Bumble Bee Plumbing, it turned out to be a good decision on my part. The personnel I spoke with were friendly and professional, the service was scheduled and Dalton came the same day to repair the leak. He was friendly, fast and efficient. He also inspected the water heater and supplied me an estimate for replacement. The information was helpful for my future needs. The whole process was an excellent experience.

I think these guys are fantastic! I had a problem with my toilet leaking water from the bottom of the toilet and didn’t know what to do. Called Bumble Bee via Angi’s List and scheduled an appointment. Dylan P came out for the service call, he was on-time, courteous, patient with all my questions, a true professional. He did a very thorough inspection of what needed to be fixed, explained everything to me and gave me some options on what I needed repaired. It is always stressful when a pipe breaks, a water heater starts to go south, or you need an outlet to accommodate a new waterheater.
We found Bumble bee home service by lucky accident. We were leaving for vacation the next day when a catastrophic pipe break of our water main occurred. My wife saw their van earlier that day. We called they came and fixed the problem.
When it came time to replace the waterheater they offered severally options. We picked one that fit our needs, and they installed it by the end of the week.
The entire crew that we had fix our plumbing needs were professional and pleasant.
I would say they provided great service at a reasonable price.

We fried a breaker by running a shoe dryer and a curling iron at the same time. I got a few quick estimates and Bumble Bee Home Services had the best service fee and was able to come out quickly. Chris was our electrician and he did a great job of checking out our electrical panel. We could have just replaced the one breaker but I also knew all of our breakers were very old. He offered a refresh for a great price and to future proof ourselves we went ahead with the panel refresh. He was quick and made sure everything else looked great. We were so happy to have our electrical back up and running and have piece of mind for the future.

Carlos was courteous & professional. He fixed a clogged sink drain. We have membership with this company so we get good discounts with any service & will continue to recommend them. I love that they give recommendations to upgrade your system without any pressure to agree.

Anthony B is amazing! He explained everything in detail so that I would understand. He knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it quickly and efficiently. He fixed our plumbing issues and installed a new toilet. Bumblebee responded quickly when I called and had a technician out in less than 24 hours. Great communication and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Our service technician was Bill. He did an amazing job, very professional, and explained everything. His workmanship is top notch, very neat and clean, everything looks great. We will for sure asking for him for our future plumbing needs.
