Things like this are a double edged sword. Am I happy I had to make the phone call and have Danny come out? No, because that means I have plumbing issues. Am I glad I called Cactus and had Danny come out over other companies? Absolutely. He got here very quickly, much faster than I expected, and got to work. He solved my immediate issue and got everything draining like it should. Is there bad news that comes along with it? Of course, it's a house with 70 year old cast iron pipes, so it's to be expected. But Danny was a straight shooter and gave me answers to my questions. Would absolutely do business with them again and recommend them to anyone that asks.

Danny showed up after hours and within an hour of our initial call. The house had a horrible solid clog over a foot long in the kitchen sink. Danny spent over an hour flushing the drain out with a high pressure snake and was extremely professional and informative. He made sure that the entire clog was clear and explained what created it and how to prevent it in the future.

Danny and Catus Plumbing have our business forever now. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. It’s hard to find a good plumbing company who is professional and honest.

My AC unit broke down and wasn’t cooling my house. Living in Glendale it’s really hot so i needed it fixed fast. Brian did and amazing job fixing my ac and now my house is cooling.

I called on a busy weekend needing some older valves replaced in my kitchen plumbing before other remodeling took place. Danny was able to make it later in the evening and quickly saw that additional parts would be needed to do the job. He was diligent to run and get the parts rather than delay the job to another day. He arrived to finish the work thoroughly and without difficulty. This would be a 5 star, but the original coordination for scheduling wasn't very clear and communication to me about whether the job could be done didn't get clear until Danny himself gave me a call to clearly tell me what was going to happen and when. The job for done in time.

I recently had a pipe burst in my bathroom and Faith came and cleaned up the mess and got the job done quick for me. I highly appreciate the great price as well. I recommend plumber Glendale

A complete scam. I didn't have the 5* experience at all. I was quoted $3700. Three thousand and seven hundred dollars. I was like no way. So he showed me some pictures of a very corroded faucet handle and a rusted hot water heater base THAT WASN'T EVEN MINE. I can't believe the scam. I declined the quote. Told him no continually as he negotiate with himself all the way down to $1,800, which I still refused. He left in a huff, saying I could keep the little $29 fee. Another HONEST plumber showed up, and discovered nothing wrong, just tripped circuit breaker. I knew I could get a hot water heater for under $1,000, which meant he was literally trying to scam me out of $3K. Maybe I should report this to the AG's consumer fraud division.

Great service from this company! This is our third time using Cactus Plumbing and have been overly satisfied with the quality of service we have received! I'M SURPRISED BY THESE HIGH STARS - Keep in mind - this company was bought out by "America's Home service" - so that is who I originally called, but Cactus is what showed up. They were LATE - no call, I called and was told there was an emergency so he was late. Well DEAN showed up. He did not even know he was late, said nothing. RUDE from jump. I asked him if he had "booties" for his boots - he was almost insulted - He said NO one has ever asked for that. I said ... Really? Does it matter? (nicely - We don't wear shoes in doors - yet alone dirty work boots w/ dried mud. I HAD to give him a pair. He carried NONE on his truck He was in here 3-4 mins and already insulting us on our filter choices (clean) - and then how we are ruining our unit (4 years old). He then went out side and said allll these things wrong with this and that AND TRIED to tell me the freon was 2 lbs short - FREON doesn't go short - unless there is a leak - which there is none. He then insulted that my unit was "china made" and it should be USA made - I explained my home is new and this is what the contractor put in. Then he tried to charge me $1,380 for stuff NOT needed. I told him, I would review with my spouse and also get another opinion. Very nice about it to him - he then starting saying - "I am wasting his time" - "He has been doing this for 20 years and he knows all" - and he literally said "So , since you are unable to make decisions on your own and you need to wait for your husband" - ..... yep, you read that right - that is what he said. Like it was the 1950s - I told him this is a PARTNERSHIP - we make decision together and it's a lot of money. He was so pissed and said again I wasted his time - and then paid and left - he REFUSED then to go to my fathers home - 4 homes down - because he was not home and I also could "NOT" make decisions for him either - I told him this is a PRE MAINTENANCE call only and your company is still getting paid - so he was expecting to up charge him too! I then called asap - to the office and went over all - they would review with a manager and get back. Well, no shock - they didn't get back. I called again, 2 days after and was told that they would CALL BACK once again, with the manager - I wanted some ANSWERS on this horrible service - etc. and LIES. Well, they emailed and refunded me my money for the maintenance call - and said it's best to part ways from us both. ! Like really?!?! I'm the customer - and they lost 2 new clients and any others i may have referred. SHOCKING how this jerk came to home my late, with his narcistic attitude - and wanted to up charge me. AND refused to go to another client. Well, the other company that I have used before came out - and said the OPPOSITE of this company - and much more professional and polite - and knows their stuff. So - CLEARLY they were just trying to GAUGE me and charge for things not needed! STAY CLEAR! Thieves and no service - rude!!

Cactus Plumbing is an overpriced and unreliable company. Last Sunday, I discovered a leak in my master bath and found their number online. Despite their perfect 5-star reviews and low $30 service fee, my experience was far from satisfactory.

The plumber arrived within 30 minutes but then quoted me $1,200 to fix the leak. When I pointed out that this seemed excessive given that the access to the plumbing was straightforward and no concrete needed to be removed, the plumber's response was simply, "plumbing is expensive."

I decided to get a second opinion. Another company responded within 15 minutes, did not charge a service fee, and resolved the issue in about 30 minutes. My final bill was $240.

Everyone should do their own research before hiring a service provider. Based on my experience, I will never use Cactus Plumbing again. I’m sharing this to alert others, not to promote any particular company.

This company has exceptional customer service! The lady I spoke to on the phone was really friendly and Nash came on time and was super knowledgeable! Unfortunately they weren't able to fix my situation because my plumbing is old but he did give me several options. I appreciate the work that Nash did to help my situation, I will definitely reach out this company for any future services.
