Had a great experience with this company. Their techs Nathan Justin buddy axel and Chris were very hard workers and very polite. Our job was a very large job, new ac furnace, insulation to 14 inches and duct cleaning. Very satisfied with the workers and the equipment. If anyone needs plumbing, heating and air conditioning they are the ones to call Bumblebee plumbing is the best.

These guys deserve 10 stars! They were prompt, fair, reasonable, knowledgeable and honest. I’m a former attorney and have represented and opposed many service providers, and these guys are in the top1 percent. Use them. My plumbing man was Gabriel.

Jason was here with my daughter Desiree & me for an A/C repair today 12/3/2025. Arrived on time explained the repair and had all the parts. Finished repair with no problems. Explained the process in detail and very helpful. Answered all our questions and concerns, very helpful and discussed the member program for ongoing care. Very satisfied and plan to pass the word about great customer service.

Our plumber, Bill was very helpful and courteous. Our hot water heater was hard to get to but he got the job done! Thanks!!

Dylan and Dalton came for my regular system check and pointed out an issue that I wasn't aware of before. They were both very friendly and professional. I've been with bumblebee plumbing for years and I'm always satisfied with their service. These two guys will be who I request if I'm going to have any service done at my house for any plumbing needs. I recommend this company and these plumbers specifically.

Seth and Virgil were easy to work with and communicated clearly throughout. They arrived on time, presented three solution options at different price points, and completed the new hot water tank installation the same day. There was zero pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated.

Quick and efficient service. They diagnosed a different cause for the leak - the irrigation system! However they looked at other plumbing needs, and we now have anappointment to service our water filtering systems. We are very happy with Bemble Bee.

Woke up to find a bubble in my ceiling filled with water. Called one plumber, but they couldn’t come to my unit until 4 days later even after I mentioned it was urgent. I tried Bumble Bee, and I’m so glad I did. My call was answered by a friendly staff member and immediately scheduled for a technician to come to my property same day. I later received a call to assure me that my appointment was indeed confirmed, and then another call when the techs were on their way. Bill and Michael were very friendly and professional. They quickly identified and took care of the problem with a lot care and consideration, and they worked with me to help ease the process of dealing with the damage caused by the water leak by connecting me with a reliable restoration company. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

The service man was polite and friendly, however the price was extremely high. We had a garage disposal replaced. We supplied the disposal and all the service man did was to install it! This took him less than 15 minutes to install. The bill was almost $600 and that was with the supposed senior discount. Extremely high since you supplied nothing but 15 minutes of work!!!

Amazing job today from Brandon. My showed faucet was 20 years old. The screw wouldn’t come out but with some genius work I avoided $1800 cutting into the wall work. Thanks Brandon!

Very impressed with the prompt service from the initial phone call to inquire about an estimate, and what to expect next, which was to connect with dispatch. Upon showing up to give me an accurate estimate which 2 other companies did not do (they only quoted over the phone), they made sure I understood my available options, including ways to pay for a new water heater, in case we want to consider upgrading ours, and Bill and his partner were professional yet personable without putting any pressure on to decide right then and there. Every dollar counts in our household, and they were very respectful of that.

If you’re looking for a good and honest hvac company look no further, bumble bee did an amazing job repairing my air handler, took hundreds of photos to reassure me and made sure I was a priority, I got a few quotes from other companies and they were still the lowest.

Make sure to ask for Angel Garcia, he was so communicative, easy to work with and let you know everything step by step and is always looking out for the customers best interest financially. Couldn’t be happier.

The master bedroom toilet had been flushing slowly, then not at all for 2 weeks. We had retired plumber friend snake/auger it and still couldn't fix it, then went with his recommendation for a plumbing company. The person the company sent out told us it would be at least a $2200 repair job, jackhammering the tile and tearing into the wall to pull out 5 feet of pipe, (not even mentioning the price to replace all that damage). This didn't feel right as no other faucet was effected so we called Bumblebee. Gabriel came out bright and early, was just an easy-going guy with no sales pitch. He determined it was the toilet itself that was the issue (as it was original to the home). He pulled the toilet and there was a mass of localized roots at the base-not in the pipe- that he removed, then on the spot replaced the old toilet with a new one he had on the truck. Gabriel was fast and efficient, scoped the line and the vent before installing, just in case. Definitely glad we called!! 👍🏻💅✨️

Adrian arrived to help us with a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. After inspecting the toilet he explained the problem and our options and then fixed it. He was very professional yet still very friendly. I would request his services again when needed in the future. This was the first time we used Bumble Bee and were very happy with everything. I would certainly recommend them.

I called Bumble Bee because I was having a problem with my toilet flushing and filling properly. Adrian came out to fix the problem. Adrian was very pleasant and professional. He repaired the problem and explained how he fixed it. I asked him a plumbing related question I had and he gave me the info I needed to answer it. Adrian was smiling and courteous throughout his service visit. He was respectful of my property.

Jessie was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. He was in and out in no time to fix my shower drain. Everyone I communicated with at Bumble bee was extremely efficient and knew what they were doing. I will highly recommend!

Gabriel came out and fixed our toilet which wasn’t flushing properly. He did a great job and we will definitely be back if we need any other services. We got scheduled very easily online and they stayed in communication beforehand. I definitely recommend

Dalton was exceptional! He was on time extremely polite and did a great job. Above all his work was immaculate. I would recommend Dalton to anyone who is looking to get work done. Great job bumblebee home services! You guys knocked it out of the park from beginning to end.

The initial repair was back in June on a toilet that was not set properly set.and not sure how it was discovered because they were there for something else and nothing was done in that particular bathroom. The tech that did the first repair did not do it correctly and failed to communicate the breakdown and the repair cost. So basically he did not share with me what else was needed and fixed it on his own. I only realized the scope of the situation after I looked at the breakdown on the invoice that I had no access to till afterwards.
To their credit they did return yesterday (12/5) and fixed the issue that was due to their own negligence.

Chris came to do And electrical service maintenance. He called and advised that he would be here within the next hour. He meant that timeline without any issues. He has great customer service skills and respect for our home as he put on shoe covers to protect our floors and carpet. He offered us options on how we could better protect our electrical appliances however, we declined the component that he was offering due to price. He was more than willing to install it if that’s what we chose to do, and again explained all the benefits of the component.

I had a soft water system installed. Charlie was great. I had extra work done involving shutoff ball valves. Charlie's work was excellent, he answered all my questions. He took his time and made sure everything was right. Dealing with Bumble Bee is not like other contractors who rush the job.
Bumble Bee is now my go to plumbing and electric contractor.
