Don't trust their call center. If you are a homeowner, go anywhere else. They lied to me, wasted my time and caused my kids to have to sleep in a non-cooled home for a night!

They should be ashamed of themselves!

Great branch, Manager takes care of you. Great staff and normally has what you need, if not they should be able to get there in a day.

I came to Phoenix from Virginia. I am a retired licensed plumber. While in Virginia I relied on Ferguson's for most of my plumbing materials. My dad's air handler went out on his air conditioner. I called Ferguson's and not only did they have what I needed to fix my dad's air handler, they also honored my account from Virginia. Ferguson's is a top notch company and always a pleasure doing business with them.

Customer service was exceptional, I purchased an electrical item and left. Upon discovering it was the wrong one I returned and he gladly exchanged the part. Most businesses do not exchange or return electrical components that have been opened.

Needed an AC blower motor during the heat of Summer. They had the right one with a new capacitor to boot. MUCH cheaper than having a service call to fix it. Motor and capacitor only $135. I'm sure the service call would have been around $500-600. Thanks for being open at 7am so I could fix my AC before the heat of the day.

Super helpful but not all their merchandise can be sold to the public. Came in to buy a capacitor and was informed they can't sell those without an hvac license. They were able to point us in the right direction which was great.

Was recently given the wrong unit didn’t realize it was the wrong unit until after install. Called furgeson to correct the issue. had to purchase the correct unit, obtain a crane again. And after all that I still had to return the unit. All that to say for my troubles and their mistake I guess I was lucky enough to only get a refund. 🤦‍♂️

I needed a plumber after our water heater flooded our garage. Cactus plumbing sent out Nick who was fast, courteous, and professional! It took a total of 3 hours from the time I called to get our brand new water heater installed. I greatly appreciate all of the hard work that goes in to providing such awesome service.
