Forrest Anderson is phenomenal! They are top-notch professionals every step of the way, starting with how they answer the phone, schedule service, show up with a smile, do beautiful and clean work, repair issues with knowledge and skill, and electronically invoice afterward. Technician Alex is my main man; he always finds the issue in a minute, explains it, fixes it, and leaves things cleaner than he found it. It's probably a little strange, but since I found Forrest Anderson, A/C issues just don't bother me anymore.

Absolutely amazing! I turned our AC unit for the first time about two weeks and then left the house but when I come home, the house had gone from 79 to 82 degrees. I called a company I had previously used and they came out today only to tell me the unit needs a new compressor (unit is only 8 years old) and that it would be $3200. I called Forrest Anderson and Tara was amazing! They put me on the schedule for Monday but said if they had a technician that was done early, they would send them my way and about an hour and a half later, Dan showed up! Within about 30-45 minutes, he knew what the issue was and installed a hard start kit on the unit to get it going again. We know that is a temporary fix but even to replace the compressor under warranty is $1300 cheaper than the other company! I will continue to use Forrest Anderson for every job! Absolutely awesome from start to finish.

Forrest Anderson sent out the tech on call, Javan to my residence early Saturday morning. He was very polite and upfront about the charges associated with the weekend and emergency scenario. Long story short, he was able to fix the broken pipe in a very timely manner, and I think the amount was very well worth the work. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend this company.

These guys were great! We must have talked to a dozen or so AC installation companies and Forrest Anderson gave us the BEST price by far for a top of the line AC unit. They were able to schedule the installation within a week and were able to finish what was a huge job in a day! The installers were polite and they cleaned up after themselves when the project was done. I would most definitely recommend Forrest Anderson to anyone.

I had a scheduled appointment at 0800hrs with no 3 to 4 hour time frame, like most companies,was notified of arrival a few minutes before and showed up on time. Dan was very professional and courteous. Found the problem and explained the procedure and cost to fix. Satisfied with his work and the courtesy and professionalism of the support staff. Great service and communication. After shopping around for quotes, we went with Forrest Anderson because we got the best deal along with good reviews. We had to coordinate our ac replacement around roof repairs that needed to be done underneath the ac unit which made things a little more difficult. Forrest Anderson were more than accommodating to our situation though. David made the whole process feel very easy and the install went seamlessly. Would highly recommend!

SCAM COMPANY BEWARE!! This is the worst company for AC out there. They came out and said they did all this work on our AC and then said it was an electrical issue. Refused to give us an invoice on what we paid for or return our calls. Had a different company come out same day and all the work I was charged for by Forrest was never done by them. They lied and scammed us. NEVER TRUST THEM!! Hire a company that is honest and will actually do the work.

Highly recommend this local -family operated company! We reached out to Forrest Anderson when the weather started getting hot and our A/C units couldn't seem to keep up. Their technician was super friendly, fair and explained all our options - including showing us photos of the problem! Our units were nearly 20 years old so we elected to buy new ones before tariffs kicked in. The team at Forrest Anderson did an excellent job of helping us find the right fit for our budget.
They showed up on time, were very professional, and we never felt pressured. The technician even spent a long time explaining the difference options for a metal filter vs paper ones, and included new thermostats already set for the perfect temperature. We spent less than what we budgeted for, so we sprung for the extra UV light and have already seen a huge difference in the amount of dust in the air. Cooking odors seem to go away much faster too! I liked them so much - I would send my mom to them!

Front office always provides reasonable pricing at fair market value. Techs are respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to talk you through what the actual problem/issue is at hand. Never run into 'hidden-fees' like I've seen with others.

I’m not a review guy … actually my first ever. As a small business owner I completely understand how hard it is to a business in 2026. I’ve used this company for 8+ yrs … always dependable and great service. Today was charged $300.00 for 30 mins of work. They cleaned a filter on a faucet…no parts needed.It is working again. I called the manager and was very disappointed in how he handled my phone call. He justified his pricing.Again 8+ yrs of business with them and now will be going elsewhere.
