In 12/21 I had this company come out to put in a pressure regulating valve on my home. The experience was great total cost $400 w/ 2 yr warranty. This including soldering to put in the new part. They did a great job. Fast forward to 11/23 and had them come out to evaluate it b/c the pressure in my house was high again. Come to find out the warranty is only for labor. The part itself has a 1yr manufacture warranty that I the customer am responsible for. Obviously I was annoyed and seeing as replacing the part would be as simple as unclamping the unions and swapping the part out I thought the price would be relatively low. BOY was I wrong! Total was $825!!! They had to audacity to offer me a $125 discount to $700. To be clear to swap out the same part which the job took me 20 minutes to do my self and the part was $92 dollars from a local plumbing store they wanted to charge me double what it cost to put in the original which is a much more complicated plumbing job. They even tried to charge me there fee to come out and evaluate the issue. They waived it cause I complained. Their excuse was inflations and increase in price parts. This is garbage and makes it so frustrating to trust and find a good plumber. This company now operates under this and Lincoln Air & Plumbing. The guy that came said they merged or got bought out. Moral of the story do your research and be mindful/skeptical of plumbing companies like these. They take advantage of the general publics naiveness as it related to home plumbing issues. If you do have a plumber you trust stick with it but always do your research. I will never use this company ever again and also remember that the warranty usually doesn't mean much so don't take that as selling point.

I highly recommend this plumbing company. Their whole team is excellent in handling your needs. They quickly and efficiently work to please their customer. I had what I thought would just be a clog in the sewer line to finding that the tree damaged the line. They walked me through what to expect. They swiftly set up all the utility companies to arrive and mark for the dig. Within days, they dug, pulled the pipe and replaced with another 26 foot pipe, put my yard back together as well as had the concrete poured for my driveway. Whenever I was about to ask a question they were already one step ahead of me like they were reading my mind!

Mario was professional & friendly. He did a great job installing a new faucet, explaining what he was doing along the way. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Rapid rooter plumbing did an amazing job on my house. They responded quickly when we had a water leak and had us back up and running within an hour. They then came back the same week and fixed the source of the issue. We reached out to multiple plumbing companies that were unwilling to get us water back and pressured us into expensive fixes that were not needed. The people I worked with from rapid rooter plumbing were patient with us answered our questions and gave us exactly what we needed to fix the problem. 10/10 I would use rapid rooter plumbing again for any plumbing issues that I have. They have made a lifelong customer this week.

What a great experience! I was educated on what we need and did not need for the project we are looking to do. I was able to ask many questions and all were answered without pressure to buy.

The technician was polite, kept a clean work space, completed the work with expertise and explained everything from start to finish in our terms. Yes, he and my hubby geeked out a bit that was when I let them be.

I got this recommendation from a neighborhood app, and boy, were they right! I called on Sat, about a leak from our outside faucet, he came today around 8:30. Mario was the plumber, and he was so knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. He told us step by step what needed to be done. It works great, no leakage.and for a very reasonable price.I would recommend him and Rapid Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues .

We'll the service goes absolutely beautiful and I get a chance to know where he started, and his experience. Well we found lots of common ground in our conversation, and customer service is #1! If you dont have it, you got no customers! So for all you out there who need a plumber, dont just hire a plumber, hire a team, Chad's team at rapid rooter! I contacted Rapid Rooter Plumbing due to not having hot water. They were able to come out the same day. Mario came out to troubleshoot. Electrical was good, breaker was not tripped. Tank was drained and elements were found to be dirty. Elements were replaced and all is good.
Mario was courteous and professional. Communication was outstanding. Highly recommend the company.
