As always Forrest Anderson was prompt and did a great job. Ryan was on time and a very professional job installing my new water heater. I use Forrest Anderson for all of my plumbing and air conditioning needs.

He arrived within less than an hour of my call. He informed me of what my AC unit needed (what had failed), and told me that he had the replacement parts. He gave me the price for repair before proceeding. He was relatively quick with the repair, and was very polite.

My experience was not good. First of all Forrest missed the first appointment and wasted my tenant's time. They showed up the next day. They completed the job but presented a highly inflated bill. Bill included travel time which they deducted later when questioned - discourteous manager - who asked me not to use their services in the future just because I questioned the high bill. . I will not recommend Forrest to anyone.

Very happy to get same day service, since having a jammed sewer line is a bit of an emergency. The guy brought everything he needed and got right at it, in 108 degree heat. I don't know how anybody can do that. He was also a very congenial person; even my Pit Bull Chloe liked him, and he actually petted her, which really deserved a tip, which I forgot. Called at the last minute for one of our rental propertes that had a leak in the shower. They showed up on time and did a great job and had the repair done in just under and hour. The tech (Justin) was excellent and very nice and helpful. The office staff (Chris) was ver nice and helpful in scheduling the repair. We couldn't be happier with the service or price of repair. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The technician (Dan) had to make a couple trips to my mom's place (not his fault) to deal with an older unit. Each time, he couldn't have been nicer. He was able to repair the unit and get my mom's heating unit going again. Cannot say enough nice things about him and the company. They will treat you fair and get you squared away.

Alex was friendly and listened to my concerns. He tried to resolve my issues. I felt very positive about my AC check up!

I had New AC installed by Forrest Anderson. After shopped around and had almost 30 different companies did the estimate, I finally found the best company, Forrest Anderson. They were very honest from the first phone call and throughout the whole process. Office staff Dave gave all information honestly upfront and put all details in written. And, Technician Alex and Noah are very professional. They did an excellent job. Everyone in this company took great care of their clients. I highly recommend Forrest Anderson for your next home improvement projects!

I had Forrest Anderson come to my home October of last year to fix plumbing in my kitchen. In order to repair the plumbing, we had to demolish the counter, sink and tile flooring. The first time they came out they demolished the kitchen and told me they fixed the problem with the piping by replacing a part of galvanized piping with ABS. I then had a temporary sink installed and the first time I used it there was water leaking out of the wall. Obviously, they didn’t fix it correctly the first time and had to send another tech out to install a vent in the wall. This should have sent up a huge red flag, but unfortunately I know little about plumbing and have to trust the company I hire.

Since then, the same problem is back. I have had 2 separate companies come out and scope the area that was previously repaired, and they both advised me that Forrest Anderson didn’t use the correct adaptors to go from galvanized to the ABS pipe causing the pipe to shift, so it is now causing a lip and catching everything hence causing the blockage and flooding again.

I called the Forrest Anderson, not only were they not willing to accept any responsibility or offer to come out and verify it wasn’t their faulty work, but they were incredibly rude.
Their parts state they have a year warranty. They will not honor this. It has only been 6 months since their apparent “repair”.
I am disappointed not only in the lack or quality provided by this company, but also their lack of accountability to take any steps to review their previous job.

Stay away from Forrest Anderson unless you want repeated problems due to botched jobs, they won’t be willing to correct.

I Called Forrest Anderson Plumbing & Air Conditioning on Thursday to service my three split system A/C Heat pumps. They scheduled me for the following Monday which is the only day I could meet them. They showed up on time, I even received a text to let me know that were on the way. They completed the work in less time than I had planned. When the finishes, I received a full detailed report with photos and read outs with all of the system details shown. What a great experience! I would Recommend Forrest Anderson to Everyone!

Have used this company a few times and always get good prompt service and when i called, the service tech was here within an hour. He was friendly and explained everything he did. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Forest Anderson responded immediately to my call and had a plumber named Mike Cooper at my house the next day to deliver and install a new toilet. Very happy with their service!!

Addendum: after their plumber left yesterday I realized that they had installed the wrong toilet. I called them back this morning at 9 AM. It’s now 1 PM and the correct replacement has been installed and it’s perfect. The plumber was Mike Cooper who I highly recommend!

I have used Forrest Anderson several times and the one thing I am always impressed by the most is how clean they leave everything. It’s the messiest job and everything is spotless when they are done. This time they came on a Saturday because of a burst pipe within 45 minutes of me calling. EJ worked quickly to identify and fix the problem and even with the after hours charge it was less than half of what I anticipated paying. I’d never let another company into my house for plumbing. I trust them implicitly!!! Thank you SO much!!!!
