We have used Robin’s Plumbing for our rental properties for several years now and their team has been wonderful. They contact my tenant right away to get them on their schedule, fit them in quickly, and above all their communication along the way is so appreciated. Today it was Justin who addressed a major leak at one of our properties and he was very informative, explaining exactly what happened and why, and the repair process, pricing, etc. He also gave me helpful information about water heater maintenance that I never knew in my ten years as a property manager. We are very grateful to have them as our primary plumbing vendor 😊

Damon was very professional and forth coming with what to expect. Helped us with getting someone to remove cabinets and repair drywall. Couldn't ask for better service!

Travis came out to our business close by here at Bolder Image Stone and he didn’t an amazing job. The job ended up costing less than initially quoted which shows their integrity. Travis was a complete professional and did amazing work!

Vincent was our plumbing tech today and fixed our leaky kitchen sink/trap as well as finding our garbage disposal badger5 from 2016 is rusting...recommended replacing. Vincent went over all our observations and concerns w/sink, water damage, etc. He was done within 2hours and greatly detailed all his work, findings, etc. We have been with Charitys plumbing the past 2 -3 years and they recently merged with Robins. It was good to hear Rigo and Charity are still active and will come back to Robins for future needs (although we did have Charity and Rigo do a ton of stuff the past 3 years)

We have been using Robin’s Plumbing for several years now and they are awesome! We have had them replace our water heater, re-plumb our kitchen sink, replace our garbage disposal, replace our toilet, and now the fixtures and valve in our shower. They always do high quality work and are so professional.

Jon replaced the fixtures and valve in our shower today and did a fantastic job! We will definitely keep coming back.

We had an emergency drain backup and Robins Plumbing was there for us. Damon of Robins Plumbing was reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. He identified the blockage quickly and proceeded in using the appropriate plumbing equipment to remove the blockage. We appreciate Damon’s efforts in resolving our plumbing problem!

Rigo came out for a non-flushing toilet. He was professional, courteous, and very respectful of both myself and my home. Besides him being a very cheerful worker, he was quick and efficient at getting to the root of the problem…literally! He pulled out the roots that had come through the pipe and explained the next steps in order to get a long term resolution. He got us up & running again!! Yay! The Rapid rooter team are the best plumbers I have dealt with as a homeowner. They saved us literal thousands of dollars. The crew is highly knowledgable, very personable and easy to deal with. They also follow up when they say they will, which seems rare in the home services industry.

Today Nick came out to fix a push valve under my kitchen sink. This has been a problem off and on. The valve would close on its own, possibly because of pressure. Nick made a suggestion to change the valves and I’m so happy with the results. The hot water is running to the faucet and dishwasher and now I can tell if the valve is on or off because they are the turn style valves. Nick was on-time, extremely professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I’m very pleased with the level of service he provided. Thanks for your quality workmanship.

Had a leak in my hose bib plumbing at the rear of my house. I called Rapid Router Plumbing. They sent over Nick who we've had the pleasure of working with in the past. He wa quick to evaluate the situation, collect the needed parts and quickly completed fixing the leak. We appreciate doing business with Rapid Router.

From my initial contact calling into the office all the way through the repair of one of my toilets-the whole process was seamless. Mario was patient (I have 3 attention-seeking golden retrievers!), explained all of my options and was able to fix the issue in a short time.

I sent Rapid Rooter Plumbing a message through their Facebook page to get a quote and check availability for a leak I noticed around our water meter. They were quick to respond, and answered all my questions. They showed up on time as scheduled, got straight to the issue and fixed it quickly. Highly recommend, and will for sure be using them for future plumbing issues that arise.

Recently moved into a new house and since the inspector had pointed out a number of issues with my water heater, I decided to check these folks out. Nick came out, gave me multiple options to solve the issue, and did an exemplary job of replacing the water heater. I think their prices are very reasonable. At the end of the day, you can choose superior service that’ll solve your problem the first time or choose some potentially dishonest folks to make the problem worse, and then turn to someone like Nick to make things right. Glad I saved some time and had things done right the first time. I will definitely work with the folks at Rapid Rooter the next time something like this pops up.

Chad came out and fixed my garbage disposal in minutes. If I ever need anything I will be calling you guys.
