I was referred by a friend who is a loyal customer and raved about this company. It was easy to schedule an appointment that would work with my availability. I received a call prior to my appointment to let me know when to expect the plumber. Autumn came over to do a diagnostic of my plumbing system. I thought there were just plumbing issues in my upstairs bathroom but during the inspection Autumn discovered that my water heater was leaking. Since it was caught early thankfully there was no water damage. I appreciated how thorough Autumn was during the inspection. She took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. Since there were multiple plumbing issues she prepared a detailed estimate of costs and we discussed different options. Autumn was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure on how to move forward. Once I have the water heater installed I will provide an update.

We have used Robins Plumbing in the past and have had a great experience. I can no longer recommend them. Matthew showed up to our house because we had a bath spout and shower head with reduced water flow. I had replaced the cartridge a couple of years ago myself and it didn’t have a persistent leak so I wasn’t suspecting that would be the issue. Without this knowledge of prior repair and with hardly any inspection, he jumped straight to a $1500 shower valve replacement AND having to cut an access hole on the wall to access from the adjacent room. I declined and he left only charging the $79 house visit. I decided to try replacing the cartridge first myself now having lost all trust. A $60 Home Depot trip and a generously estimated 20 minutesof labor later, I’m good as new. I’m not sure if the company has been purchased by private equity which is destructive to the common consumer, Matthew was just looking for a big pay day, or maybe needs a bit more training. Either way, I will not call Robins plumbing or buy a third party cartridge ever again!

Update: Thank you for addressing my concerns. I appreciate that you are family owned. Keep on doing the right thing. Even a complete replacement only guarantees the work for a couple of years and the product was only warrantied for 5. Chances are that I’ll get at least a couple of years from this repair. I've had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers in the past so I'm always skeptical about reaching out to any company or individual. I've got to say though, Robins Plumbing took good care of me. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and Jon (the plumber) was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field . I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family. Had Jon today and he was a pleasure to deal with. Not only a kind person but did a wonderful job! We had used another plumber and couldn't fix a sink. Meanwhile we had him fix two other sinks because we could tell he was going to do an excellent job! We'll never use another company again!

Jon from Robin’s Plumbing called and said he was thirty minutes out: earlier than the appointed time, which we appreciated. He went right to work and unclogged my shower drain in no time. He was outgoing, explained everything he was doing and told me how to keep some hair out of my drain. Jon’s efficiency is greatly appreciated and I won’t hesitate to call Robin’s for future plumbing issues.

First time using Robins Plumbing and I can say that they know their plumbing. Autumn was great and the work she did was high quality, so don't be to sticker shocked on the quote, the quality of work and materials is worth it. Thank you, Robin, for solving my plumbing needs as well as all of the other plumbing checks you performed to ensure me that my pipes were up to par.

They may be good, but their prices are ridiculous. $79.00 for the service call and $85.00 for the diagnostic, which we didn't know they were going to charge us for until they were done. For one toilet that periodically runs. Just for new parts in the tank(the guts), they were going to charge us $825.55 just for that! Crazy! Well my 71 year old husband managed to do it himself for $55.25. 2 hours of labor.

Autumn is awesome, thorough and made sure any mess was cleaned up when done. She made sure everything was tested and leak checked before leaving. and Autumn went above and beyond for me... I am 62 years old and on Blood pressure meds so heights can be a problem for me since I sometimes can become dizzy. Autumn replaced the battery for me in my smoke alarm because it was chirping indicating a weak or dead battery backup, this was so awesome and saved me from getting injured. Autumn is the type of person you would like to come out for all your house repairs, she is happy always smiling, always answering any questions and giving great info about plumbing. I am thouroghly happy with Robins plumbing company and especially Autumn. I am glad she services my area, so if I need future work I get her on the call.

We've always had great experiences with Robins plumbing! It's hard to find companies that can work with you in a timely manner, communicate well, and perform quality services in the Phoenix area. Justin recently performed 2 services for us - a hot water tank flush and soft water tank installation. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did great work! We'll definitely use him/the team for all future plumbing needs.

Autumn and Vincent came out right on time and were quick, efficient, and cleaned up above and beyond when finished. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing clearly. Everything looks great and the plumbing is ready to go for an additional construction project. I would highly recommend using Robin's!

We will NEVER call another plumber in Arizona. Robins plumbing has now bailed us out of a nasty plumbing disaster five times. Each time, the technician (Matthew is the best!) has been on time, polite, and HONEST. We've compared prices with other companies, and Robins is always the lowest. Their work is absolute perfection. My husband and I never have to worry we're being swindled. In fact, the owner even fought for us, convincing the manufacturer of our malfunctioning tankless water heater to replace the unit for free.

I had a water leak in the Kitchen. Robins was able to get me on the schedule quickly, even with the holidays. Austin came out and did a thorough job diagnosing the leak as a slab-leak. He spent the time to walk me through the process, provide me options and help me get a remediation company. He was very professional, caring, had a great sense of humor, and I felt that he was invested in getting this taken care of. We ended up doing a whole home re-pipe for the water lines, which was the right call because during the process we found another pipe that had started to show signs of leaking too. Another plumber, Damon also did a great job helping me through the process, explaining the steps, answering questions, and providing professional input. He was able to accommodate some additional changes and requests from myself and the insurance company during the work. I am very pleased in the job that Robins completed and feel professionally taken care of. Both Austin and Damon did a great job from start to finish and I am reassured to know that if any additional plumbing problems arise in the future, Robins will be able to handle it in an efficient, professional, and quality manner.

Robins Plumbing is Awesome! Damon and Jason came out and swapped our ancient faucet out. 10/10 would recommend again! Never let us down before and they left the bathroom so clean after!

Found a leak Thursday and they came out early Friday morning. Turned out to be a break in our main water line, but they worked all day in 115* to make sure leak stopped & we would have water through the weekend. Came back early Monday morning to finish the job. Autumn (AG52) and team do excellent work and great, friendly attitude. Also good with animals and attentive, always made sure dogs didn’t get out while having to come in and out of the house.

Called Damon out about 8:30 Thanksgiving eve and he arrived in about 30 minutes and got us back in business in a short while. Highly recommend him and Robins Plumbing

We had excellent service from Matthew and Justin. They worked so hard out in the heat all day to fix our plumbing issues and didn't leave until the job was done. Thank you for being so nice and courteous while performing your job. The issues were resolved and we are happy.

The team was amazing! They had a lot of work to do on our house and managed to finish it one day. Autumn and Damon did great work and educated us along the way. This was our 3rd time calling them out and we won't hesitate to the next time around.

I needed work done on my gas hot water tank (the igniter had stopped working). Vincent from Robins came to our home, got right to work, and had the job finished in a half hour. Couldn’t be happier with the work or prompt service.

Damon saved the day! Or night maybe.. either way I woke up at 1:30am to a huge leak in my bathroom, Robins Plumbing and Damon were super quick, efficient, nice and explained to me everything that happened and best next steps.
He also went over some things regarding my water heater, which I loved because I didn’t know and that also isn’t what I called about, so it was an amazing bonus!
I really appreciated how he made sure I understood where the problem was coming from and educated me on how to fix that and other things to keep an eye out for.
I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.
