Miles was timely and very professional! This whole thing started when I attempted to perform a DIY bathroom faucet update to the bathroom in my parent’s home. Needless to say I should leave these things to the professionals (LOL) because I ended up partially flood their bathroom. Anyway, Miles was very friendly and came by for two days to make sure the job was done right. I really appreciate him and the installation of the faucet. Also, he is clearly a person that works round-the-clock, so be patient with him (kindness is a two-way street). I am very pleased with the outcome!

Yesterday I found water leaking from underneath my tiles in the laundry room. I called All Drains and they were able to make it out within a few hours. After some testing, they found the hot water heater tank was leaking, and had flowed underneath the walls into our master bathroom. The tank was still under warranty, so they removed it, exchanged it, and installed the new one. They included all new copper piping, a new gas line, and a catch drain pan. The company who installed it previously just put in a new tank with the old equipment. They also contacted a restoration company to take care of the water damage. They knew that it would be covered by homeowners insurance, and the company they recommend has been phenomenal. They are personable, take the time to explain things to you, are knowledgeable, and reasonably price their services. I felt they went above and beyond for me. They even called today to ensure everything was working and the restoration company was getting things taken care of. You don’t find honesty, quality work, and top notch customer service like this very often. All Drains is my go to for any plumbing services in the future.

I’ve had too use this company twice! I can’t say enough about this company. Myles is kind and takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he will fix it. For a single person he is reasonable and I feel honest. I know I need to have him come back and do a hydrojet to really get my pipes clean. This company is A+A+A+ ALL THE WAY!

On a Friday night my shower would not turn off. On Saturday I tried to change out the cartridge and the stem pulled out. Now I had an emergency since I couldn’t turn the water back on until it was fixed. I called all drains, explained the situation, was given an estimate over the phone (which hardly ever happens), and Miles, the plumber was there in about one hour. He started the job by trying the least expensive repair. He then proceeded to fix the shower and due to faulty parts supplied by the hardware company he had to spend over six hours troubleshooting. He was at the house working for about seven hours and charged me exactly the price he quoted me on the phone. Miles is a dedicated individual and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend him for your next plumbing repair.

I had water coming through my ceiling in my bathroom so I called All Drains Emergency Plumbing and they coached me over the phone how to shut water off to my house to stop the water from continuing to flood my home until a technician was able to get here. They were onsite at my property within an hour and were able to fix the broken water pipe in ceiling and get the water turned back on in time for my wife to make dinner!
