Called on Sunday 11/3 for an emergency service repair underneath our kitchen sink. The service person arrived within 45 minutes like he said he would, then took care of our issue, plus an additional fix for a very reasonable price. I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the completed work!!!👍🏽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We discovered a water leak four days before Christmas at 5:00 pm. We had no idea what was leaking or where, just that water was pouring out the foundation on the outer part of our house. We chose All Drains based on stellar Google reviews. Miles showed up at our house and worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem. It took him from 7:30 pm until 1:30 am. He worked to help us find a mitigation company and ensure our pipe was no longer leaking, even coming back the next day to make sure it was secure. We cannot say enough about his work ethic and thank him for making sure our kitchen wasn't flooded beyond repair.

Miles showed up in record time, called at 12:10 AM he was here by 12:40AM to fix a leak that left my kitchen, dining room & partial living room flooded from under my kitchen sink. He not only stopped the leak but helped me clean up the flood!! I highly recommend him for anything you need!! Don't hesitate to call, he'll be there for you!!!

Miles was awesome ! His team of two came to our aid in literally a flash. I had a pipe burst and a leak and he was there and had it contained in 20 minutes. They fixed it quickly were very professional and have great customer service. I will definitely hire again.

Miles promptly addressed what began as one faulty breakage under a bath sink and by making sure that other plumbing was as it should be. Miles continued on to fixing and repairing other faulty plumbing. I just wanted to share, we had Miles from All Drains Emergency Plumbing come out yesterday and he did a fantastic job. He came out and fixed everything in 1 day so we wouldn't be left without water! He busted his butt for 7 hours!! He fixed multiple issues in one shot instead of taking days like I've experienced in the past!! He was so friendly, VERY reasonable, and respectful of my home/family. Even working around certain areas so my dogs/kids could stay on their routine and stay out of the heat. He worked out in the hot garage for awhile so my dogs could come inside and cool down. He was so courteous and cleaned up after everything!! Best plumbing experience ever!!

We ended up having to use the hydrojetting services with All Drains. I’m glad we did because it was absolutely necessary. They even showed us videos with the clogs and how it looked after.

Miles did a great job on my new gas water heater install. Super friendly and genuine guy.

I had an issue with the valve to my fridge not turning off the night before a big project. I called All Drains and Miles was able to come out the same night and cap off the line until we could get parts and kept my project on schedule. Great prices, great service and a quick turn around. I will definitely be using All Drains agian!

This will be our second time contacting All Drains and we are very impressed. It was an emergency call and he got there within the hour at 8 pm at night. Our pipe behind our toilet burst during a painting project and he was able to identify the issue quickly. He tried to go with a more cost effective route to save us money but unfortunately, wouldn't work. He worked diligently through the night and while working, found out our toilet flange was incorrectly installed (we bought the house that way a few years ago) and needed to be replaced asap before more leaking could occur. He came back the next day to finish both jobs and was very efficient. He explains in detail what he does and the reasoning for it which is really appreciated. For an emergency service, the price was a great deal and we appreciate him coming out so fast and getting the job done quickly which did involve removing pipe, removing the toilet (which was rusted out and had to be cut out), soldering and more. Highly recommend to anyone in need of home upkeep and emergency services.
