Manny was the Roto Rooter guy that came out and unclogged my main drain coming to my bathroom. He saved me. Westshore home was here and in the process of remodeling my bathroom when they discovered a clog. Thank goodness Manny was able to come out quickly and on the same day of my call so the remodelers could proceed. Thank you Manny. Great work. You are appreciated.

Great people and great service. Called them bright an early for an emergency water heater issue I was having and they showed up an hour later to take a look and let me know what needed to be done. In under two hours, they were swapping out my water heater and dealing with insurance on their end. Made everything easy for me and had a good time chatting with them afterwards.
Highly recommend them!

Called after 11pm on a Thursday night for a broken pipe I caused removing a valve. Mark came out probably less than an hour after calling, understood what was needed, gave a great price, did a nice and thorough job. Super friendly like having one of the family over, would recommend Mark for anyone needing service.

Mark came out on a Sunday morning to my mom's house for a bathroom leak. He was exceptional. Very friendly, experienced, knowledgeable & efficient. She was very happy & pleased with the service. Mark should get a raise. Wonderful service. Will definitely call them again. Mom has used them for the last 20 years.

Mark with with Roto Rooter came out on a Saturday after our water heater tank leaked all over the garage floor, and we decided to go with a tankless water heater. After some delay from Home Depot for parts, mak came back out on Tuesday and exchanged our tank out. mark do an amazing job, always on time, very patient, attention to detail was top notch. Over all I am happy with the service roto rooter provided, I would definitely recommend to my neighbors.

Extremely disappointed with Roto-Rooter (Glendale, AZ).

We were quoted $420 for labor to replace a standard electric water heater (the heater was part of a guarantee from other company, so this was just labor). Without any notice, my wife’s card was charged $1,444.26 — over three times the quoted price. No one explained the price increase before taking payment.

The installation left drywall damage, debris, and stains, and even after visiting the local office and contacting corporate, nothing was resolved. The manager offered a small $200 refund that never went through, and no one ever followed up as promised.

This company showed zero transparency or accountability. Paying premium rates for poor workmanship and no customer support is unacceptable. Get everything in writing if you decide to use them — or better yet, find a different licensed contractor.

Had Sav-On come back to replace all the frozen turnoff valves after they did such a great job on the urgent faucet repair. I’m helping my mom with some of the things that have been neglected over time, and Sav-On has been very helpful to us in that process.

They are very professional and reasonably priced. They are reinstalling a hot water heater that was not correctly installed and installing a citrus water softener. Service was set up very fast and Jesse was great to work with.

I own a manufactured home and needed my hot water heater replaced. Jesse from Sav on plumbing came out and replaced the hot water heater with a larger model. Jesse did the job very quickly and professionally. It has been a year since Jesse replaced the hot water heater and all is well.

We had a pipe leak in our kitchen. There was water all under the kitchen sink cabinets and some on the floor when we woke up this morning. Had no idea what caused this, just knew it had to be fixed and we needed a professional to do it. I called Sav-On Plumbing and they sent out Tom, who's the owner. This guy was awesome. Not only was he nice and professional, he took care of the situation and now the leak is fixed. Would definitely recommend these guys to family and friends.

I had Sav-On replace a broken toilet recently and their technician Jesse made me feel that I was going to get a job, he answered all my questions and concerns. The model of toilet that Tom suggested was excellent and I am very happy with. I will certainly use them on future repairs.

We called Sav-on Plumbing to unclog our main line that occurred at 5:30am. They offered to come out that day, but due to our work schedules we asked for them to come out the next day at a scheduled time. We were very happy with their professional accommodating service, friendly technician, and reasonable price. We inherited our house with its numerous plumbing problems and will definitely be calling on Sav-on Plumbing for our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend them!

We bought a new fridge and the guys who came out said that the valve behind the fridge needed to be fixed because it was leaking. Called Sav-on this morning. Sent someone out by 10am!!
